I was looking through the event database on PkHex and saw there was an event kangaskhan from an egg that had the move wish. I understand that wish is only available from this event, and have a loose understanding of how PIDs work in gen 3. I tried PokeFinder but whatever i tried showed up as invalid when i tried editing the pkm on PkHex. I'm trying to get any defensive nature (impish, bold, careful, calm) with the best spread of IVs, atk and spa being the least important. Any sort of help in finding the right PID or helping me understand what I should be doing would be greatly appreciated.

I'm curious about this old Suicune Event and it seems that there no indicated moves. What are the moves when you receive this old event?

Hello, long time lurker here. I just wanted to know what the hex offsets are for the Pokemon S/M (Moon specifically) event flags. I want to use that to copy/paste event flags from one save to the other, because I'm lazy and don't want to complete the story again lol. Or would that, for some reason, corrupt the save? Any help would be appreciated! Thanks! EDIT: I think I actually found it. For confirmation, is it 0x1C00 + flag? All the clues point to that, but I just want to make sure. EDIT2: Heh. Should've seen this coming. Directly hex editing the values for the event flags results in a checksum error (duh). However, there is hope! In the attachments is a list of all 240 event flags required for 100% story completion and their corresponding values, according to PKHeX's FlagDiff. I would absolutely love a batch event flag editor, but one can dream, right? COUGHCOUGHkaphoticsCOUGH. Basically what you need to do is go through each event flag and set their values according to the second number (Example: "50: 0->3" means change event flag 50 from 0 to 3). Keep in mind that these values come from comparing a bare-minimum save file (saved outside the player's room) to a 100% story save I found on YouTube, so some of the event flags are probably not story-related. Looks like the upcoming JP Shiny Kyogre and Groudon events will be by serial code, so only JP 3DS will be able to obtain them? Is this the first official shiny events for these 2 pokemon? I think it a 'yes' to both questions, but I just wanted to confirm. Thanks to all!

So I downloaded the Gen 5 Pokemon Hills Mewtwo Wondercard that was distributed from Indonesia and Philippines. When I migrated the Mewtwo from Gen 5 to 7 (I migrated it throught PKHeX), the language was indicated to be "JPN". It's kinda weird since I injected the wondercard on my English Copy of Pokemon White and the wondercard was supposedly to be English. Was the language supposed to be JPN or not? I have recently found out that there is an eternal flower floette and is recently taken a liking to it, how would i get it? I didnt know where to put this in because of the rarity of this pokemon and the research-less dude like me. If there is anyway you could tell me or either can do it for me (Becuase I dont have the tools to do it, so i have a person do it for me and just saying HE IS NOT A SLAVE, he enjoys helping me get the pokemon in my game, he is ok with the whole ordeal) becuase of my tool-less me! 1) Are Gen3,4 and 5 PID's randomly chosen from RNG Reporter's pool of PIDs/natures etc.? 2) Is Gen3/4/5 (more importantly Gen5 Mystery Gift Pokemon) Generation automatic (just click reroll) given they are from Gen3-5? 3) Is there a list of pokemon classified as "mystery gift from gen5" or does that just mean all gen5 event pokemon? 4) And lastly, for gen 4 and below, won't generating PID's for pokemon (including event pokemon) technically make them illegal because IV's are linked to nature, ability etc. Wouldn't it be more accurate to look at RNG Reporter and copy/paste the proper IV's, nature, ability, PID?

Hello. I'm new to PKhex and i encounter some problem... 1. Missing mystery gift in database. So i'm trying to move my event Rayquazza from Black to Alpha Sapphire... And somehow it's unable to match with the gift database... Yeah, i know it should be 0, but i "received" it by import WC (delivered by a guy from pokemon center), not from pkm file... 3. Evolution not valid And Event Vivillon is missing from event database too... Somehow, it doesn't have have any relearn move too... I got it those WCs (for 2nd and 3rd problem) from: 4. According to Gen 5 pokemon PID factors in Gender, Shininess and Ability. However, I cannot find anything for Event pokemon PID generation method. How would I properly generate a PID for Gen5 event pokemon? Would method 10/11 from PokeGen work just fine or do I need to do something else? Thank you for the information in advance.

I wanted to find an answer regarding wonder cards and event pokemon from previous generations being genned into SuMo. Will i need to inject the wondercard into this save if it is from a previous game in pkhex? Specifically I dragged a shiny sludge wave gengar into pkhex without importing the wondercard and it was registered as legal and i was able to use it online without an issue, Just wanted to make sure what i did is all right in the case that i would import other event pokemon in the future, thanks!

Hello all, I've done a few searches and I can't find any answer. Hopefully you can help me. I have a number of Generation IV and V distribution cartridges. I sent a Deoxys to my Pearl version but the Delivery Man is not there. The Wondercard was downloaded using another DS to my retail Pearl and when I back up the .sav file, it shows the following; Slot 3 is the Wondercard which does say Unclaimed. Slot 4 is Partial Cart Data. The Slot 1 and 2 are occupied and can be redeemed correctly. I cannot obtain the Deoxys nor can I discard the cartridge without me obtaining it first. Any ideas on what's happened here? Is there a way to wipe the Mystery Gift information for this save file? Much appreciated.

I've tried PikaSav and Metropolis Editor and it seems neither of these are compatible with the Japanese versions of the Gen I games. It would be very excellent if someone could develop a save editor compatible with the Japanese versions of the game, as it seems the Japanese versions of the game on virtual console are the only "legitimate" way of obtaining a Mew. Mew was distributed to VC Gen 1 games on the 3DS, but only on the Japanese versions. Since we don't have a Japanese editor, there doesn't seem to be a way yet to edit a Japanese save (which you would extract from a 3DS using SaveDataFiler) and inject the event Mew distribution. Japanese pokemon from Gen 1 games are also incompatible with Non-Japanese/European/English USA pokemon, as trading a Japanese pokemon to a US game would cause the game to crash. So it would be nice to have a SAV editor exclusive for the Japanese versions of the game (Japanese "Aka", "Midori", "Ao", and "Pikachu"). If there's someone out there who can develop one, please let us know! If anyone knows of an already-existing save editor, even better! This seems like Western civilization's only hope for obtaining access to a Gen 1 legit Mew :'(
