But I've been looking around on both his site and other sites and frankly I haven't been able to find any Dungeon editing tools, as in like being able to add in Dungeons, or fully remove some already existing ones.   4. Hi, I'm new to ROM hacking, and I'd like to know how to change the music on a Black 2 ROM. For example, things like battle music or trainer encounter music. I've searched online, but I can't find an answer, or at least one that I can understand. There's also other things that I'd like to know, like how to change the Xtransceiver sprites, item sprites, and battle backgrounds. I don't know anything complicated, and I'm mostly using KazoWAR's B/W Tools. If anyone can help me with anything I just listed above, it would be greatly appreciated. (Edit: I know where the files are located, but I don't know how to edit most of them.)(I realized I posted in the wrong forum after I posted.)

  7. I really love PMD1, but its biggest flaw to me was the lack of portraits for many of the starters' evolved forms. I would like to add a few of them into the rom just for the sake of it, by using PMD2's face portraits (as, so far as I can tell, they are the same size and still have the 16 color limit) but the problem is that I am not precisely sure how to get started. I've delved into the rom before, and found that EVERY Pokemon has a "starter level up" quote in the data, even though it's stuff like partner_level_133 or whatever, and it was likely input as a failsafe. Seeing as how this sort of thing exists, I'm wondering if a similar system is present with the face portraits. As in, there's an actual table to portraits listed somewhere, with likely a byte to tell the game to not try loading for certain Pokemon. If this is true, it would be possible to edit the table, insert a new portrait into clear space and point the game to the image. However, I actually cannot seem to find any sort of hacking notes on PMD1. If anyone could help me by pointing me in the right direction. (Either to hacking notes, or directly telling me if this is or is not possible, and if it is, where to look.)

  9. Hey guys, If this is in the wrong sub forum please feel free to move it to the appropriate thread. So I want to edit my ORAS and even XY ROM with the rom hacks available online as well as do some minor editing to move stats, learnset and TM. I have located the required tools but I am wondering how I can do this using my game cartridges and my new 3dsXL on the firmware 10.3 using browserhax to run Homebrew? Does anyone know?
  10. Hello, I'm a begginer in the world of rom-hacking and I'm actually working on a little modified Platinum Rom which I modify with SDSME and PPRE. I wanted to modify the quantity of TM gived when a player interact with an element which give him a TM (because I didn't found how to make TM infinitely usable). In SDSME, I found that some events of a map are coded directly in the "script" section of the relative map but, in some cases, it seems that several elements of a map (character, items, destructible rocks) are managed by an "event", in a different list. So I tried to reach the events of the "Oreburgh Gate (B1F)" where we can normally find the TM01 and TM31. I saw that the events are also linked to another script, which seems to be an external script (I think)... In fact, the number of scripts proposed by the software for Platinum is 1124 (0 to 1123) but the script related to the "event 252" of this map is the script 7005 : [ATTACH=CONFIG]12903[/ATTACH] I searched a lot, on several forums (French, German and now English forums) but couldn't found a single clue about them... Do someone know where can I find this kind of script related to the events ? Many thanks in advance for your help.
  11. Hello, I want to do a Pokemon Y randomizer nuzlocke. I have it all randomized and ready to go. However, I am aware that you can't randomize starters using Pk3DS. I went ahead and generated a random Pokemon to use as my starter. So this is my question. Would I be able to somehow Pokegen that Pokemon into my randomized Y version being loaded through HANS? Or would I need a seperate 3DS and trade that Pokemon over to my randomized Y verision? Thanks for reading and hope you can help!

  14. Downloaded SDSME for script editing. But there isn't a thread/list anywhere of what which script do. Is there a way to find the right script you need? I need to edit a NPC for pokémon move training and additional text for it.

  17. I Have the new 3ds xl capture carded for my youtube channel. However my old 3ds is on version 9.0 and I use it to inject boxes of pokemon. Is there any way to edit the values that correspond with the vs recorder background? It may have nothing to do with values and correspondence. But you know what I mean.

  22. How do you edit those small pokemon sprites that appear when looking at a PC box or in a menu? I think the raw files are in a/0/9/1, but I'm having a problem converting them into images that make sense. Has anyone else done this? Thanks.

  25. Hi Somebody know where I can find Pokemon B2W2 Overworld sprites list? I am using NPC editor tool but I cant find EMOLGA's sprite :C I need to write some numbers to have a sprite that I want but sometimes is too difficult to find sprite that I want :C for example: sprite for Skitty is under these numbers - 4429 sprite for Klang is under these numbers - 4700 sprite for Emolga ??? Can't find it It will be nice to know all codes for sprites.
