  1. if you have maxed out your EVs, all the way to 510 it doesn't matter who you train against anymore EV wise right because they wont gain anymore. I've maxed out my jolteon's EVs but its only at a level 40 so I was going to go train in a different place that gave higher experience but I wanted to know if it mattered anymore.

the EVs wont be affected anymore once its been maxed out. You can go to other place to train for a higher experience gain. it will not affect the EVs.

however, if you wish to change the EV distribution, you can always reduce the EVs to zero by using the berries that lower EVs, provided that the pokemon is not at level 100. ;)

  2. 10% for each time you select the move. It maxes at 100% (ten turns) for double the moves original power.

It doesn't boost moves each turn if they take multiple turns to complete though. ie. Outrage isn't boosted every turn, just every time YOU choose to use the attack on the screen.

    thanks :)

no wonder why my agility-modest-empoleon (lvl 74) @ metronome swept Cynthia's pokemon with a torrent-STAB surf (even her Milotic did not survive!) :)

    Once again, thanks ;)

  3. I've got everything in "my" villa. And of all the furniture there, i love the piano. I love playing it, it sounds like you are facing Cynthia :)

The Chandelier is rather easier for me to acquire because of my empoleon breeding project. It took me 30 eggs before getting a female empoleon, and another 20+ to get a Modest nature with good IV's. That's why, when I visited my villa, the chandelier was already available for purchase, cool :)

  4. Thanks. I went and caught a wild Roselia and taught it grasswhistle in pastoria, but it's speed was dreadfully low which makes it a no no for catching the birds.

I haven't had any trouble running into them when I want to so the Quick Claw should work for me as long as I have patience. :)

Since those birds are in low health already, and you just need to put them to sleep, a Choice Scarf is much effective. you can purchase a Choice Scarf from the Battle Frontier using your Battle Points. ;)

  5. previously,

    - Lapras (level 100)

    - Latios (level 100)

and now, i've got 2 more level 100 pokemon in PLatinum!

    - Tyranitar :)

    - Porygon-Z :)

    up next:

    - Dragonite & Scizor (both at level 85) :)

  6. Nice suggestion, and thanks to Admin for implementing this. Please allow me to add my feedback. I tried putting my Platinum FC, but it looks like that there is a character count limitation in that field. For now, i just entered the number, but the "code description" (example: Platinum FC: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx) is not possible at the moment.

  7. Dark Pulse + HP Fighting is good enough. Could P-Z learn Shadow Ball? I don't see why Dark Pulse is chosen over Shadow Ball though. That combo is resisted by Hera, which WILL destroy P-Z if it isn't careful.

Yeah, P-Z could learn Shadow Ball, i don't see it either why Dark Pulse is chosen over it, whereas, a Ghost attack has better coverage than Dark.

Just sharing my POV because I do have P-Z in my OU team (with Shadow Ball)

  8. Now, i'm starting to dislike Roselia. They are very common at the Mansion Garden and Route 229. Everytime I hit them physically, i got poisoned!

In the anime, it made me feel "uneasy" to watch PIKACHU beat Magnezone, since when did a Magnezone can be knocked out by a Thunderbolt!?? Sorry Pickachu fans, but I don't really like the way he battles other pokemon in the anime... :(

  9. Gym leaders would be tougher if they could level up according to the average level of the pokemon in the party, of course, there should have a default minimum level for the gym leaders' pokemon. The way I see it, gym leaders are really easy to beat if you have high leveled pokemon. ;) don't mind me, i'm just giving my POV. :)
