Besides the three formes of Zygarde there are Zygarde Core and Zygarde Cell. The latter two can't battle on their own, only together as the form one of Zygarde's Formes.
Though there are many Zygarde Cells, there are only a few Zygarde Cores and although Zygarde Cores each have their own will, Zygarde Cells are lacking a will of their own.
During the Taiwan National Championships, the first footage of Zygarde 10% Forme and Zygarde Complete Forme was shown.
Both Zygarde 10% and Zygarde 50% can have either the Ability Aura Break or Power Construct.
The Ability Power Construct allows Zygarde 10% Forme or 50% Forme to change into Complete Forme, and appears to activate when it is at low HP.
It can learn the move Core Enforcer, which erases the Abilities of opponents that have already used a move that turn.
Zygarde 50% Forme is able to learn Thousand Arrows, which already existed unused in the Gen VI code and that Zygarde 10% Forme has already been shown to use in Pokémon Sun and Moon.

Apparently Nintendo has by now pointed out that the Pokemon games will not take the players back to any of the initial settings but should expect to see an entirely new world. That, along with CoroCoro magazine revealing Magearna, seems to suggest that Sun & Moon are to be Gen VII games. But I concur, nothing seems official as of yet.
-
I know it doesn't belong here but couldn't find where it does, so feel free to move it to a more appropriate location.
Nintendo has announced 2 new Pokemon games which are scheduled for release around "Holiday 2016". They'll be called Sun and Moon.

More news to, hopefully, follow soon.

Other information:
For the first time in Pokemon there's something called Super Training (or S.T. for short). It gives the player the opportunity to help their pokemon grow stronger even when they's not battling. On the touchscreen players can 'SuperTrain' their Pokemon through activities that increase EV's (Effort Values). These EV's determine in which way a Pokemon grows stronger. e.g. a lot of HP EV's will significantly increase the Pokemon's HP stat. This can be achieved through, for the lack of a better word, mini-games.
There's also something called Core Training, which lets players set up training bags, which first have to earned through Super Training, which can then be used by Pokemon in their party. In this scenario the Pokemon is pretty much training itself, with the trainer merely gigving pointers by tapping on the Touch Screen.
The progress can be seen at any given time on the main Super Training screen.
Pokemon Smash aired an example of the Super Training. It showed clarification of how the mini-game works, where you use the touch screen to fire balls into various parts of Magneton while avoiding large balls as your Pokemon sits on a platform. After completion, you will see a numerical value added to the stat, in this case +8 on Special Attack.
An Effort-o-Meter (what's in a name) can now show how many EV's a Pokemon already has and how many more it can get.
In Pokemon Amie, three stats are listed for your Pokemon. Friendliness, Play and Hunger. At this point it is not known if these features affect gameplay. The candy you obtain for Amie is called Pofure.
Pokemon Centers now not only have a Pokemart, but you can also change your appearance. Choose from several preset styles or use your imagination to come up with your own combination of a hat, shoes and accessories. You can also change your hair and outfit at a Boutique and Salon with a little help from a famous actress called Diantha.
At the Trainer PR Studio you can record 10 second Trainer PR videos of your character and your Pokemon, in which you can customize poses, expressions, camera angles and background music, among others. The videos can be shared through the Player Search System.
It is intended that Pokemon Bank & Poke Transporter will prevent hacked Pokemon from being transferred and will work with multiple copies of the games. Pokemon Bank wil be released in Japan and Korea on December 25th 2013, Europe and Australia on December 27th 2013 and the release date for North America is as of yet unknown.
The Global Link will also have a mobile friendly version this time.
Preceding the opening of the Gen VI Global Link alongside the launch of Pokemon X & Y, a new feature is announced. You can earn PokeMiles in certain parts of the Global Link. PokeMiles can be used in the PokeMileage Club in the PGL to pay to play attractions and to buy items in the shop, which can be sent back to Pokemon X & Y.
There is however another way to earn them. Your Dream Points wil be converted to PokeMiles and will be sent over to your & Y account it you register before January 14th 2014. Registering both games results in receiving the points in each game. e.g. If you get 500 PokeMiles for your Dream Points you'll get the 500 in X and another 500 in Y.
The conversion is as follows:
Between 10,000-49,999 Dream Points = You get 500 PokeMiles
Between 50,000-99,999 Dream Points = You get 3,000 PokeMiles
Between 100,000-199,999 Dream Points = You get 10,000 PokeMiles
And more than 200,000 Dream Points = You get 25,000 PokeMiles
The conversion is calculated by cummulating the Dream Points from all the games on your account. So if you have all 4 Gen V games, the number of Dream Points you have exists of the Dream Points of all your games combined.
Also special medals are announced that are unlocked in the PGL if you also had Generation V game(s).
Medal for certain ammount of Dream Points: 50,000, 100,000 or 200,000
Medal for amount of purchased homes: 1, 4 or 8
Medal for purchased items: 1, 25 or 50 items purchased
Medal for purchased Pokemon Dolls: 1, 50 or 100 dolls purchased
Medal for ranking in the top 100 in any GBU Season (except Season 10)
Medal based on how many times you have ranked highly in WiFi Competitions
It's been confirmed that the game will not receive post-release patches to adjust components of the game for rebalance.

The first event for Pokemon X/Y has already been announced. A Torchic will be distributed from October 12th 2013 to January 15th 2014. It will hold a new item called Blazikenite and has the hidden ability Speed Boost. The Blazikenite will enable it to evolve in MegaBlaziken.

Grass Pokemon can't be seeded and won't be affected by moves like SleepPowder or Stun Spore.

You can have only ONE Mega Evolution Pokemon in battle. Not sure whether this means the entire battle of your team. The Mega Evolution will return to normal after battle has ended.
Not every Pokemon will have a Mega Evolution but those that do can only Mega Evolve while holding their specific Mega Stone, which aren't always found in normal gameplay.
The method of Mega Evolution is through a simple button in the attack interface (provinding that your Pokemon has it's Mega Stone attached to it).
You will need to obtain a bracelet (Mega Ring) that holds a mysterious stone (Key Stone). The Trainer’s Key Stone resonates with the Mega Stone held by his or her Pokemon.
It has been stated that no Kalos Pokémon will have a Mega Evolution within Pokémon X & Y.
Since I'm not allowed to use more than 10 attachments per post I'll have to split it up. Continues into next post.

There are special O Powers which work alongside Pass Powers which you can use and receive from other players. You can activate these powers to help you on your adventures. Some O-Powers will temporarily increase a Pokemon's stats e.g. Attack Power Lv. 1 slightly raises the Attack of Pokemon currently not in battle, while others make it easier to catch wild Pokemon or increase the amount of Experience Point you gain in battle.
You can now take photos in certain locations called Photo Spots, which can be shared and posted on your homepage on the Pokemon Global Link. When taking the photos you can adjust a.o. shutter speed, brightness, angle and zoom.
Milestones in your journey can also be shared on the Pokemon Global Link, and can then be posted to social networks.
More is known about the features of the PSS. First there's the HoloCaster to give you the latest news on the Pokemon Global Link without having to access it. It is also used to to communicate with other characters throughout the game.
The PSS also features connectivity with the Global Trade Station where you can, ofcourse, search and trade Pokemon, but now you can also request Pokemon which you have not yet encountered yourself!
Wonder Trade allows you to trade a Pokemon with someone without knowing what you'll get in return.
You can now use a "Happy Sign" so you can tell everyone how you feel and what you've done in the game such as letting people know you've received your first Badge.
Similar to the C-Gear, players can send out a message to all nearby players and online friends, called a Shout-Out.
The online battle features also result in a loss if you disconnect.

As for other information:
PSS (Player Search System) allows players to search for others either locally or globally (via Wi-Fi) to battle and trade.
PSS is split into Friends, Acquaintances and people you Pass By.
People you battle through Passby will be promoted to acquaintances. When interacting with acquaintances more than once you'll automatically be asked to become friends. It can hold up to 100 friends and syncs with the 3DS Friend List.
Trading remains pretty much the same as it was before.
There will be a new feature called Pokémon-amie which allows you to interact with your pokemon to help your bond grow stronger. This allows you to play with them and copy their actions. A high friendship level will help your pokemon to perform better during battle. However, when you treat your pokemn badly, it may react negatively towards you.
Horde Encounters are a new type of wild battle. 5 on 1 battle. May include pokemon of multiple species rather than just one.
There's still only one save file in the game. IVs and EVs will be more visible. There will be mulitple methods of transportation and different movement types in gyms. In different areas riding different pokemon will help. The pokemon used for this are borrowed. Before battle with a friend you can now select specific music tracks to play.

For those of you that don't want to dig their way through the entire speculation thread for just a few tidbits of (semi)official news, I'll try to sum it up here as I come across it.
Comfirmed by The Pokemon Company:
There's going to be a new Eeveelution. It's called Nymphia (or Ninfia) in Japanese.
The names in other languages are:
English: Sylveon
German: Feelinara
French: Nymphali
Spanish: Sylveon
Italian: Sylveon
At 1 m tall it weighs in at 23.5 kg, which makes the lightest Eevolution thus far.
It's type and ability are unknown at this time, as is it's method of evolution.
Extremespeed Genesect: Mewtwo Awakens Trailer (18th April 2013) shows a new pokemon(forme).
And it looks a hell of a lot like Mewtwo, supposedly in Eclair Forme.
In fact for the time being it is called 'Awakened Mewtwo".
This is wat The Pokemon Company has to say about it:
"The mysteries of Pokemon X and Pokemon Y continue to grow with the unveiling of a Pokémon that is strangely familiar! It looks a lot like the powerful Legendary Pokémon Mewtwo, but not quite the same...
"This new Pokemon shares many traits with Mewtwo, including a light-purple body and piercing, powerful eyes. It is suspected that the newly discovered Pokemon has some sort of connection with the Legendary Mewtwo."
And according to Corocoro magazine:
"Mewtwo has awakened and become its new shape."
Now what this means exactly is not sure (that's still up for speculation) but it's a new pokemon(forme) nonetheless.
New Pokemon

The Pokemon Company released the US names and basically confirmed everything.

The Naughty Pokemon
It has a new move called Parting Remark. It lowers the opponents stats while causing the user to switch out
All the before mentioned German, French, Spanish and Italian names have, as far as I know, yet to be confirmed, but I thought I'd mention them anyway.
Japanese Name: Karos Region
English Name: Kalos
Japanese Name: Miare City
English Name: Lumiose City
The region appears to be based on France. The main city is where you can be seen riding Gogoat.

Also, diagonal movement will now be possible.
And last, but not least, here's a pic of the boxart.

@Guested
About the Eevee...my bad I meant HGSS :sorry:. The reason for asking is that the Worlds 2010 Crobat is available for all 4th Gen games so I was wondering if the Eevee was also for all 4th Gen games.
And the Milotic I'd appreciate it if you'd be able to find out about the UK because I couldn't find it anywhere.
I got my info about the Ranger 3 Manaphy Egg from Serebii and Bulbapedia.
For the answer to question 1, maybe it would be an idea to put the European passwords on the event page(s) with the proper start dates (=release dates) as well?
For the answer to question 2, I thought the .pgt had a date set in it (wasn't able to try it just yet) so thanks for the enlightenment.
For everything else thank you and good luck with double checking.
-
First of all thnx for all the hard work, I'm sure it's a royal pain sometimes having to keep track of everything. <3 ya for it.
So here's my two cents, hope it's useful.
In the English section of Gen IV events:
The VGC Shiny Eevee has as end date 08.15.2011, shouldn't this be 2010?
Also is it confirmed that it could only be received on a Platinum cart, or was is possible to receive it on either Diamond, Pearl OR Platinum?
The same goes for VGC Shiny Milotic (USA). Only Platinum or also Diamond/Pearl?
In the text accompanying the Pokémon Ranger Manaphy Egg .pgt it says that "For the third game, the mission was downloadable from October 4, 2010 to January 1, 2011." I thought the end date for downloading the Manaphy mission on Ranger 3 was January 11 2011.
Also two questions.
1. Can the codes for PBR also be use for the European version? I ask this since the date mentioned with the cards is the USA releasedate of PBR.
2. Can I use the .pgt of the Pokémon Ranger Manaphy Egg on European versions as well, because from what I know those missions were available in Europe on different dates than in USA.

Maybe they'll release a Z version, and that'll bring the reference together. (But they kind of broke that mold in Gen V with B2/W2 so I dunno.)
Personally I hope they don't release a Z (or other named) as a third version. I've always felt ripped off whenever they did. There's usually hardly anything new about them except for a different regional dex and maybe a couple of different pokemon forms.
I just hope that they make the titles so good that they can last a while (so I can't race through the story mode in 50 hours or so) instead of releasing a 7th gen within a year or two.
BTW forgot to thank wraith89 for moving the thread. THNX!

I have to admit that when I watched the video I didn't like the way the characters looked. It looked very much unfinished (I know it probably is) so I hope that they do some massive improvements on that. Now it's in the category "not quite, shouldn't have bothered" as far as I'm concerned.
I don't feel the environment either. The long views seem ok, but for example the grass looks, well, rough (but maybe that's the whole point).
I do however love the battle graphics. There's a lot more action on the screen and from what I can tell you can now actually see a huge difference beween different attacks, whereas most looked pretty much the same until now.
As far as the pokemon are concerned I think I'd start with Fennekin. I just love that little foxy thing and am curious as to how it's going to evolve. Froakie would be my second choice, cheecky fellow and Chespin....well I don't get it. What is it supposed to be? A grass pokemon I know but is it supposed to resemble anything, maybe it's just me but I don't see it.
Then the legendaries. I don't think Yveltal (the bird pokemon) is very original. It reminds me a bit too much of Ho-oh. And even though he reminds me of Arceus, I do like Xerneas (the stag pokemon).
questioner wrote:But then when I thought of X and Y with relation to the 3D graphics.... it's actually rather clever.
What if the X and Y have something to with being X and Y chromosomes? Maybe they're implementing a whole new way of breeding pokemon.
@wraith89 Thnx for the confirmation, although as I write this Alpha created a 6th Gen section. Maybe it's an idea to move this thread there?

According to Official Nintendo Magazine the English names of the legendaries are Yveltal for the bird pokemon and Xerneas for the stag pokemon.

Z-Moves are 'super-attacks' that use a special bracelet for trainers. The Z-Ring fits on a your arm, and Z-Crystals are set into it.
If a Pokémon holds the same type of Z-Crystal, they will be able to resonate with eachother.
Crystals that correspond to each Pokémon type have been found in the Alola region.
There are two conditions for performing Z-Moves: a Pokémon must learn a move of the same type as a Z-Crystal, and it must be holding the corresponding Z-Crystal.
There's a special Island Challenge where you face up against Trial Captains who specialise in a certain type of Pokémon.
