I downloaded your pk8 and changed the game versions between Sword and Shield. Both are legal. Is your PKHeX up to date? Make sure you're not touching the Battle Version dropdown.

Most likely before the waterfall, as I assume it's a spawn delay from Route 223. Same thing happened with wild area strong encounters.

Mantyke caught with met location Pokemon League showing as illegal. No modifications, I exported my save file and saw this error. I caught it fully stock. Odd because not even Serebii says this is a valid met location.

A redemption picture, as much as it is proof, isn't 100% foolproof. Said person could have simply redeemed the Rayquaza properly, then traded you an injected one. The fact that the person has such a history makes me doubt them. Anyway, I don't think we should hijack this thread with other legality issues..

(additionally, it looks like the redemption photo doesn't have your account name, but theirs? they could have simply reused the photo for other similar redemptions..)

Right, but I mean I was trying to say the OP's Rayquaza is also illegal for a different reason too. The Home OT changed in gen 8, but the gen 7 version is modified from the original illegal version. Does that make sense?

It was not proofed for me, it was proofed for someone I know (broccoliYT -> Flareblitz13, Flare is the person I know). I asked her how her Rayquaza looked like since she was given it straight from the redeemer, but IIRC her's also has the error flag (I asked in 2017 when I traded for this from someone else, I might be misremembering). I do believe the proof is fake as well, the redeemer took pictures of these redemptions but traded Flare a genned Rayquaza that looks similar to the one in the pictures. So it may be what you said, but it applies to her. Is that correct? Let me know if I am misguided or if I should take this to a different thread, I have questioned both versions of this Rayquaza for years and my result was that they were both faked.

From what I've seen, it happens to mons when language tag doesn't match the language used in the OT.

I have the same Rayquaza, and it was redeemed in KOR language. But I have a question about this specific Rayquaza too. I traded for this Rayquaza on February 17, 2017 (the date my file says it was created). My version of this Rayquaza has an invalid OT memory flag, which to my understanding shouldn't happen, and from what I have researched tells me that the Rayquaza was genned in a gen 6 save file. The person who redeemed this Rayquaza has a history of genning other events, and they were banned by /r/pokemontrades for trading self-obtained hacks. The problem, is this Rayquaza has full picture redemption proof and it was redeemed for someone I know. I have always assumed that the legal versions of this Rayquaza were fixed from the illegal ones (illegal original, legal modified), because it would make less sense if it was the other way around. This is not the first time I have seen the same event have both legal and illegal versions solely due to OT memory errors. Is it possible for you to give your own opinion? Thanks.

Back in 2017, I asked the person it was proofed for (Flare) about this Rayquaza, and she couldn't comment on it either. I think she had the same error one I have, but I have seen the legal one the OP shows too. They are the exact same except for this error.

Remember to have Dynamax Level = 8 or higher, it's illegal if it's anything lower. I imagine that small detail would trip a lot of people up.

Yes, ROC's Shiny Melmetal is illegal too. Just keep in mind, Shiny Meltan has had 3 different distribution times in Go, and none have happened in 2018.

The problem is in your stats tab. Every dynamax legendary has a specific value for its dynamax level. If you have another Pokemon from the max lair you can check this value. Be sure to update your height/weight values and your Encryption Constant value as well before you finish.

Yes, Celebi does have a fixed PID, as do other shiny gen 8 events (Korean Amoonguss). The only way it's legal is to have that fixed PID, earlier versions of PKHeX didn't account for this. What do you need a rerolled PID for?

It is currently trade locked, so as of right now it can only be traded between LGPE, You can send it though to your own Home and to your own SwSh game, but you can't trade it to anyone else. We don't know if the trade lock will be released or not.

Did you check any other tabs? Such as say, the SAV tab?

You can't access Newmoon Island in Diamond. Change it to Platinum.

IVs are 3 random max. The wondercard information hosted here does list IV data, the 3 random scrolling markings are used to note it.

You know it's a TR so you got it half right, your next step is to fill out the TR section. You currently have it as if Celebi learns Nasty Plot through level up or TM, which is only an event exclusive move. Remember TMs are different than TRs, so they have different properties. I'm sure you saw the Technical Records button below the egg moves, right?

Why is your Amoonguss level 1? Afaik Foongus isn't a stone evolution, so a level 1 evolution is illegal. Maybe you used the egg evolving exploit, but that's still not legal.

This is what I said in the first message, how you can't load gen 7 events in different generations. This problem is still caused because your gen 8 information is being used for a gen 7 event, making the program think you SwSh file self-obtained a gen 7 Pokemon Bank event. This still results in illegal Pokemon.

Your fix this time is to change the OT, ID or SID on the Incineroar so it doesn't match the details of the file you're trying to load it in to. Again, you can't be the OT on a different generation event.

You are loading an unhatched egg in an illegal save. Remember that you are not allowed to transfer eggs to higher generations, you need to hatch them in the specific generation first, then transfer the hatched one. What the program says you're doing is you're obtaining a gen 5 unhatched egg with the game information of a gen 8 game.

You can see you have 10 options in the search. Try using the 6 that are not eggs.

See the green square? That's how the program shows you who is currently holding the Pokemon. Remember that OT changes between different generation. Something hatched in gen 7, its OT is gen 7, not any other generation. Even when it gets traded to someone else in gen 7, that other person is not the OT. So the Not OT handler gets updated, because it wouldn't currently be in the possession of the OT. It's the same thing if the gen 7 OT transfers it to their gen 8 game. The gen 8 OT is not the person who hatched the gen 7 egg, so the Not OT handler gets updated.

Re-set the Horsea (Right Click -> View and then Right Click -> Set), or click on the box labeled Latest (not OT) Handler to manually set the current person who is handling them, because they wouldn't currently be in the possession of the OT.

Home has its own TID, it doesn't share you Sword/Shield game TID. Every Home account gets rolled another TID that should be different from your game. As far as I know you didn't say you edited your Home TID, but your SwSh TID?

It doesn't seem like anything in Home is causing the problem here, since you're able to access your Home boxes through other games and by itself. Something in your Sword save file must be illegal. Have you participated in any illegal raids (x999 item drops), or have you received anything illegal through Surprise Trade? Alternatively, are you able to access online features in Sword?

Make a new Switch profile and start a fresh save of Sword, and try accessing Home through that.

Yes. Switch codes are not region locked, so starting with LGPE you are allowed to use different region codes.

Meltan and Melmetal don't exist in gen 7, so why would you want it as a pk7 lol. pb7 is LGPE file format, so you would either need that or pk8.

One of your errors comes from that Height/Weight value on your main tab. Your Cobalion comes from USUM, and for any transfers from Bank to Home, they will always have values of 0 for Height and Weight. Keep in mind this was not introduced until LGPE, so you aren't allowed to have any Height or Weight values pre-LGPE. Only LGPE and SwSh Pokemon are allowed to have them.

Once you fix that you need to go to the OT/Misc tab and re-place the Pokemon back into the box slot, it fixes both errors once the program recognizes the current Handler OT is different from the OT on the Pokemon.

The error deals with the green highlighted rectangle. It's not an illegal error, it just means the method of transfer between games was not done properly. The green box tells the program which OT is currently holding the Pokemon, and if it's different than the current save file it brings up the error. So the Butterfree and Hitmonlee were not caught in that save file you're showing us and they were improperly transferred. View it and set it back into the box space to fix the error to replicate a valid transfer to fix the error.

Hovering lists imperfect IVs. Meaning the IVs that are not 31. The Mareep looks to be a 5 IV - Atk, while the Ledyba has random IVs which just happens to have a 31 in Sp. Def.
