Just as an update, there were not only 100 total winners for this Wobbuffet. There were 100 winners per Festa 2005 location, and there were 9 locations, so that's 900 winners from the drawing. And that's only for people who weren't users of NTT Flets. People who used NTT Flets were able to sign up and receive the Wobbuffet for free without having to be selected, and there's no known number for how many people downloaded it while being a user of NTT Flets, so the real number can be said as 900+.

The distributions in Germany and Italy accidentally distributed French language Shaymin, so GER or ITA language are not possible.

The upload is in English language with its nickname set to its Japanese name. It's not legal, and I don't believe we will ever know what the correct SID would look like.

I periodically check this upload to check if I'm wrong but, is the newest changelog not reflected in the files at all? Current save file for In-Game Trades doesn't show any fixes that the changelog made.

Germany and Italy distributed the Shaymin in FRE language, so GER and ITA can't exist for it. The wondercard is extracted from the correct distribution but the language was a mistake by the people who made it.
