All of this is a gigant mess in my opinion. I personaly will not buy the game anymore becouse...why i should give you my money for a product that is not even finish? I prefer to wait and "pick a god and prey" that this situation will be fix in the future. I can still enjoy the Generation 8 in other wise like anime, manga, tcg and fan art.

Aside from my decision of saving money, in the hope that they fix this, i think this is gonna be their way to "fixing" the problem  of genning pokemon. The problem is this is gonna make the problem even worst, even if you don't program the pokemon in they are gonna still genning all the mon that are in. Also this hurt legit player as well, becouse pepole that have work hard to build their living dex or simply have a large collection that they want to bring in the game now they cannot. According to this also it seems that this is gonna be the new norm (i hope is not), even when they make a Gen4 remake you will still not able for sure to bring all the pokemon in.

I hope they can change their mind but this is litteraly how you remove the old player from your game. Is almost what happen back in Gen3.

And now let's break pepole hope and dreams and talk about the recent news about Pokemon Home. How do you feel about the info we got at this E3?

I think in this discussion is ok. Is mostly a curiosity on my part. If i rename Ash Greninja with a Nickname (via Pkhex since you cannot change the name of a Pokemon from another trainer) can be considere "legal"? Becouse Pkhex dosen't mark that as problematic, but i have the fear that stuff like Pokebank will considere that a not legit pokemon just for a nickname. (I ask becouse i wanna use this pokemon but there is no way to breed a battle bond Froakie)

No problem. I even attach a screenshot. Another thing i forgot to mention is that im using the current version of the program the 20190515.

And donw here are the file. All fresh from Santalune Forest. Ah i have probably already mention this but in the older Pkhex version this was not happening, infact i try to open the save file and not a single red "!" in sight.

So i was editing some item in the bag then i decide to take a look to my pc and...the entire Spewpa evolutionary line that i catch in game was marked ad "Not Legal". I check out the possible reason and the program give me this message "Invalid: Internal Error". I found strange becouse i catch this pokemon in the wild in game, i decide to try to gen one from the strat and even the genned one (i try with a normal Spewpa) got the same error as the only error that make this Pokemon not legeal.

I don't think this is a problem that really effect the legality of the Pokemon, in my case again i catch this 3 in game. But just report on this becouse this was not happening with the previus version of Pkhex.

EDIT: Before i forgot this happen to me with my seve file from Pokemon Y. I did not test if this also happen in other Gen6 and Gen7 game on the 3DS.

No. I extract the event file right after obtain on the Pokebank, i redeem them later after extract the file. Of course i redeem this in US/UM. I use my Sun copy just for shiny hunt.

This are the Passimian and Oranguru HA event from Pokebank in Italian. They are both fresh from Pokebank.

Just for ask there are cheat code fro FR/LG for the Italian version around here? I have found some in the past but unfortunaly the page in question now no longer exist.

Don't gte me wrong i like the Totodile line, is cool. But in my eyes a starter based on the plesiosaurus (or at least an out dated reconstruction of a plesiosaurus) is more cool then a crocodile/aligator.

Also the final evolution also have this element of hid design that remind me a bit of Dragonair. I hope they re use the idea in the future, not necessarly for a starter.

Happy of this. But i can also udnerstand why pepole are worry about this game, especilay becouse (for make even more easy) they took away many thing not just random encounters. But ehy visualy i liked, it almos make me feels im inside of one episode from the anime and is fine for me. Im only a bit disappointed about the fact that my Eevee will never be able to evolve in Flareon. O well you can get evreything i suppose.

If i understand correctly the core pokemon game for the fan (and competetive battlers fans) will be relase in 2019. So if this are the premese for the new generation in terms of visual....we are up to a good start in my eye at the very least.

I see in the main post that at the moment they are missing the Italian event for the recenlty relase HA alolan starters. So i decide to finaly contribute. Hope i have extract this correclty since is the first time i have done this. I needed to rename a bit the file becouse all teh file come out from my save file as "0000 - Banca Pokémon.wc7" so for avoide the other one to reset the others i renamed the file.

Yes i use the last relase. So is just me be ignorant of the new change, sorry again for the bad impression and the time waste. I will pay more attention on future relase log, so i don't make the same mistake again. Thanks again

Your Virtual Console save data is “sav.dat”, not anything with the .sav extension. Again, this is working as intended.

Probably my is an oudated information but Pkhx was not opening the file unless i edit the file from "sav.dat" to "cry.sav". So this still my save file from VC game, if my information is outdated and Pkhex can open the sav.dat file i ask sorry for my ignorance in non informe my self properly.

But this is the save file from my VC game, so unless i miss something i have nothing to say.

Also i tought that add this line " i was changing the exp for my pokemon before transfer (for the nature and becouse im lazy today) " was a give away for this be my save file from the VC, since on an emulator i cant transfer anything unless a Pokebank/Poketransporter emulator exist.

Edit: Yes i know you can use Pkhex for transfer your mon in the same fashion but i prefer the official method

Ok since i have notice other pepole have this problem but i was changing the exp for my pokemon before transfer (for the nature and becouse im lazy today), then i notice that the Celebi i catch was mark a not legit from the program. The error is this:

This is the celebi you catch in game, i don't even touch is exp becouse i don't use legendary in battle. Attach to this there is the file for my celebi.

I have transfer one of my Tauros from Red. I decide to breed one to use (so i slightly better then the one i capture in the Safari Zone), just for check the last Pkhex update i import my save file and then i discover that my Egg breed in game is not legit apperently.

The major error is not about to much the "nickname" (he simple says that is wrong becouse is UOVO, but is just i set Pkhex on English i think) but regarding the move. He have Tackle, Tail Whip and Rest but the first two are mark as problematic "Not an expected Egg Move". The only one that is not marked is Rest.

The egg file is attach to the topic. For the record my save file come from the Italian version of the game on VC.
