The full size version of the picture isn't available anymore. Which is very unfortunate...
However the Blogger is still active. Might be worth for a contact?I found a full size picture:

Does someone have untouched .pkm files of the Pokémon that are exclusive to the Pokéwalker? Or at least the two Pikachu ones.
Thanks in advance!

Shin-Chan, if you pm me your saves I'll take a look, as I said the auto-detection is not bound to always work as there is no 100% way of doing it.
I have send you a PM.

The tool can't detect that my European English Pokémon Emerald save is English, I know for sure it's legit as it's from a cartridge I dumped and checked the MD5 with the no intro database. It is not really a big problem of course but I thought I would report it.

A bigger problem is that my European English Pokémon Ruby R2 save (also from my own cartridge and checked with the no intro database) is detected as a Emerald save.

The same problem occurs with my US English Pokémon Sapphire R2 save (also from my own cartridge and checked with the no intro database).

I got a EU serial of the 12 quick balls from my preload and I'm not going to use it myself. I could give it to you if it would help this thread, theSLAYER?

Hello everyone!
I know I will probably be a nuisance as I don’t know a huge ton about this, I even had to search up AR to find out what it was!
Alright, so I have an emerald game that I have owned for years and years and when I got it I remember the save a bit, but I reset it quick so I didn't get attached to it (it was completed). It didn't have any mystery gift pokemon or items I don’t think, but it has been a long time.
Anyway, my current save is still the one I started all that time ago, and I have every legendary possible without any mystery gift and it saddened me that I couldn't get the rest that were possible. Because I have recently picked it up again due to the hype with pokemon go (I don’t have it, so dw), I have decided to look around at the possibilities, and I am so suprised and thankful that there is a thread like this, and it is active with a lot of reliable information (even if none of it makes sense to me). So i’ve decided to create an account to help out where I can, and see if I can have any assistance in getting those beloved pokemon from those ol' mystery gifts. (I am quite attached to my save... so I am kind of cautious when it comes to any external gadgets)
Thanks, this is all so great
PS: sorry for going on a bit and going off topic.
At this moment you will have to wait for the tool to be released.

Is there a collection out there? I'm part of a small project to preserve as many gen 3 events on gen 3 saves as possible. I'd like to get my hands on some more.
I don't know. Unfortunately I don't have my 3 10th Anniversary Pokémon anymore.
-
Aren't the 10ANNIV/10ANIV Pokémon already collected? It was just a choose of three Pokémon out of ten that would be put in your game by Nintendo at an event or by mailing it to Nintendo.

nice copy paste

Thanks both!

This may be a stupid question, but are Pokemons unique? Are they randomly assigned some sort of code? Except for the trainer ID. In a sense that if I for example catch a Mewtwo in FireRed in the cave, does no other Mewtwo that is exactly the same exist?
-
Nintendo DS isn't region locked.
To further elaborate this, Gen IV and Gen V region locking of wondercards is different from Gen VI.
It's not truly based off region; it's based off language.
That's right, as long as it's an English wondercard, an English cart can receive it (provided it's in the list of games that can receive it)
The language-lockout applies to local and wifi events, and serial code events in Gen V (serial code didn't exist in Gen IV)
Thanks again for your explanation!

Could US events like the Winter Celebi one from GameStop be legally obtained on a EU cartridge? And was the receiving of Wi-Fi events based on the region of the cartridge?

There are 3 Shiny Mewtwo events collected, and one upcoming.
1. Shiny Mewtwo from Japan's Pokescrap event, only for JP units:
2. Shiny Mewtwo from Korea, distributed locally via infrared, there can be acquired by any region 3DS
https://projectpokemon.org/forums/showthread.php?48490-XY-ORAS-VGC-Shiny-Mewtwo-(KOR-HK-TW)
3. Shiny Mewtwo for HK and TW, distributed via serial code. Most of TW's serial code can be collected via JP and EU units, and their servers confirm this.
Btw, Bulbapedia has two instances where above indicates that no.2 and no.3 can be collected on PAL.
But yeah, Ninty's servers (private method, don't ask) has two entries, one VGC Mewtwo for JP, and one VGC Mewtwo for EU (both are the same wondercard),
edit: this is what it looks like on the file list, and look at Goukazaru (TW release of Infernape) if you're unconvinced:
Also, an upcoming shiny unnerve Mewtwo:
4. Shiny Mewtwo for Play! Pokemon VGC event. (EU and US?)
source: http://www.serebii.net/news/2016/10-June-2016.shtml
EDIT
The reason behind this oddity, it seems that TW console units are actually just imports of JP or EU consoles.
Just like how Australia region 3DS loads EU games (because it's simply EU import)
Or how my present residence Singapore imports US or JP 3DS,
therefore our serial codes may work for US or JP consoles.
(I'm very clear that our consoles don't run dual region games, but rather we have imports of either US or JP consoles)
[edit: I didn't realize this at the time of posting, but Singapore PCafe Pikachu happens to be in the screenshot above, further elaborating my point]
So far, dual region serial codes only happened for Singapore and Taiwan,
and most serial codes (ignoring PGL type situations) are locked to one region.
Hence, why it is reflected on servers as EU and JP, rather than EU and JP and TW.
(which strongly implies that "TW" region for Pokemon doesn't even exist for this generation, and the game simply loads as EU or JP)
Thanks for all your information! Intresting stuff.

Well the event got postponed anyway but there is both a JPN and EUR distribution of the HKTW Shiny Mewtwo. The Taiwanese one is also in English.
If it is postponed how can there be a file of?
Pokemon Yellow's Farfetch'd Pokemon Transporter
in Generation 1

That could be because there is no space in Gen 1 in Mr. Mime (Mr.Mime).
