  1. Mew for Singapore announced. Unlike other South East Asian code events from the last year codes will be given out locally (to prevent overseas farming) at Waterway Point shopping mall at Punggol MRT Train Station on 20th Feb and in participating stores from 22nd Feb to 31st May. One code per person.

This event celebrates the opening of Pokemon Center Online in Japan. When you buy something from Pokemon Center Online between 16th Feb. and the end of the distribution you will receive a "Pikachu thanks card" along with your item in the post. It will contain a serial code. The code is redeemable only on Japanese consoles and the website delivers only to addresses in Japan. Additionally this offer is only available on the first order of each account.

  3. IIRC a serial code comes with the purchase of the clear 2DS bundled with Classic Pokemon game.

PM loan me the serial code, and I'll extract it from RAM.

    (best way to certify legitimacy)

The Gen 6 Mew is given away with all copies of the VC games, even standalone eShop versions. It is only the Gen 1 Mew that is exclusive to the 2DS bundle.

This event follows a similar format to the previous Scrap Campaign with one crucial difference, it will have two courses, A and B. You may redeem Scrap codes for Serial Codes on a special website (which will go up Feb. 29th) starting on March 1st for Course A and April 28th for Course B. If you manage to obtain a single Scrap code on Course A you get a code for a Shiny Eevee, if you get four then you get an Articuno with its HA, eight then you get five rare candies, 12 then you get Zapdos with its HA, 16 then you get Moltres with its HA and 20 then you get a Masterball. The events for Course B are HA Venusaur at one code, HA Charizard at 4 codes, 5 Max Revives at 8 codes, HA Blastoise at 12 codes, Shiny Mewtwo (First time a Gen 6 Native Shiny Mewtwo has been made available) at 16 codes and a Masterball at 20 codes. Scrap codes are distributed with purchase of the Pokemon merchandise on this page.

This Pokemon has its hidden ability which is not normally obtainable. The distribution page has a region lock although it is very easy to bypass. Although the distribution page asks for your name and Email Address it does not preform any verification routines on them allowing you to farm infinitely for the duration of the event. Additionally the codes, once generated are stored on publicly available webpages whose URLs are easy to get meaning that anyone can steal your codes after generation.

    Serebii's post on NeoGAF

The next PGL event will be given out to players who enter the Kanto Classic Battle Competition which you can register for starting February 24th until March 4th and which runs from March 4th until March 6th. You must take part in at least 3 battles to get the code which will be distributed on the PGL website at a later date. The gift is based on Lance's Dragonite from RGBY and as such knows the move Barrier which it cannot normally learn.

  7. I wish people would understand that the date of a card has no bearing on it's legitimacy. If you redeemed the code at the official start of the event on Monday completely legitimately but your 3DS' date was set to 01/01/2010 then the completely legitimate card would have that date. Additionally I believe that one of the rules of this thread is that contributed cards must not be edited in any way.

  8. Acoording to Serebii, along with the Movie Arceus and 6 other legends for pre-booking the movie ticket, Corocoro also revealed that it was to distribute a shiny Rayquaza. I was unsure whether to make a new thread as it seems to be related to this event.

In addition to that, it reveals that the Shiny Rayquaza will also be distributed through CoroCoro. You can get it even if you got the one at the World Hobby Fair. Details of this distribution will be announced later.
