  1. Maybe you could, like, dump the game and use the 3DS tools on a computer to dump the background. Or is this not needed anymore for you?
  2. Welcome, I have (likely) Asperger's too. Anyhow, I hope you'll enjoy your stay on this boards with us.
Great program, with good active development. Has a lot of functionality and works well.
  3. Hrm... I've never had that issue TBH.
  4. Interesting, I'm psyched.
  5. They said it will be gen 8. See: http://www.nintendolife.com/news/2018/04/official_nintendo_magazine_confirms_pokemon_on_switch_will_be_generation_eight Anyhow a new gen has to do with it being developed for new HW revisions.
  6. It's officially announced, not officially released (yet), but a pk7 has been dumped.
  7. This type of Pokémon shouldn't be traded at all, I mean it makes people happy until they find out the real deal with them.
  8. I recommend buying it via the eShop or on cart if that's moreso your go to.
  9. I hosted myself with digital ocean
  10. On Monday, March 26, 2018, Niantic announced a new update, for Pokémon Go. This update gets released somewhere in the coming days. They also announced that it might involve Mew, this will mean that it could possibly be the first time people have the ability to catch all the original 151 Pokémon in Pokémon Go. Niantic has announced yet another update for Pokémon Go, this is the first major update since the weather update a few months ago. Strange occurrences are happening in the world of Pokémon, and it is said these occurrences are tied to Mew! As Mew is seen in the promotional image, it could be an indicator Mew will be catchable, as something similar happened with other promotional images. The update will get released somewhere during the coming days. Since the blogpost has no clear end date, it would likely indicate that it's an update. Otherwise they would've posted an end date of the event. After this update, you can go on special research trips. During these trips, you have the possibility to earn stamps for finishing specific tasks. The Field Research tasks will require spinning Pokéstop discs to get objectives, such as: finding and capturing specific Pokémon, battling, and other objectives. For Special Research tasks, you need to get asked by Professor Willow to help with important discoveries. Finishing these tasks you will earn rewards, such as items, and even encounters with special Pokémon. There won't be a limitation as to how many tasks you can finish, so you can go on a long field trip, searching far and wide, besides this possibility of adventure, the tasks will gradually become more difficult to finish, according to Niantic. It's only possibly to earn one stamp every day; this stamp is obtainable by completing at least one Field Research task. After seven stamps, you could achieve a "Research Breakthrough" which will get you even better rewards. According to Niantic, "Research tasks will provide interesting challenges that will help you get better at [the core concepts of Pokémon Go, which involve:] discovering, battling, and catching Pokémon". We're interested in this update already, and anticipating it's release. Have fun with your adventures! Source: https://pokemongolive.com/en/post/research/ View full article
  11. Maybe the legendaries are the opposite of your game. That would seem logical at the very least. It also reminds me of 2012's Reshiram & Zekrom distribution.
  12. Hmmmm... I'd have hoped for otherwise illegal moves...
  13. As of Thursday, January 18th 2018, The Pokémon Company International declared 2018 to be the “Year of the Legendary Pokémon”. This means that there will be various distributions of legendary Pokémon throughout the year. The Pokémon that get distributed aren't mythical Pokémon, but luckily 2017 was the 20th anniversary. In celebrating the occasion, they distributed mythical Pokémon throughout the year. This year they chose for a similar scheme, but the legendary Pokémon you receive depends on your game. (e.g. Ultra Sun or Ultra Moon) Additionally, this marks the first time that Shiny Zygarde is being officially recognized by TPCi, and to be slated for release in June. Pokémon distribution schedule: February Sun/Ultra Sun: Palkia Moon/Ultra Moon: Dialga March Heatran Regigigas April Raikou Entei May Xerneas Yveltal June Shiny Zygarde July Tornadus Thundurus August Groudon Kyogre September Latios Latias October Reshiram Zekrom November Ho-oh Lugia Some of them come with a gold bottle cap. They are at least level 60, and know "awesome moves", according to TPCi. Source: https://www.pokemonlegendary.com/en-us/distributions/ View full article
  14. Last few seasons too. I want to watch them all or don't watch it
  15. I'm psyched for the movie, I kinda prefer the movies split-off from the Anime, because that means that I don't need to watch the Anime. I don't want to watch the Anime because of there being a seizure episode, also other problems with episodes. Such as: there are too many episodes, and the censored ones are hard to find. So I can't watch them all , if I could then I would've done so. This is why a split-off movies series is better, and maybe Ash becomes champion in the movies.
  16. Today an official announcement was made for a 3DS Virtual Console release of Pokémon Crystal. This means that Pokémon from all main-series games can be legitimately transferred to the latest games. Back when Pokemon transitioned onto the Gameboy Advance system, Pokémon from Gen 1 and Gen 2 cartridges weren't legitimately obtainable (via transfer) due to limitations in the link cable design. The release on the 3DS Virtual Console will take place on January the 26th, 2018. In Europe there will be a physical release with the download code in the box, while in Japan there will be a physical release with a magnet based on Crystal's Cartridge, a poster with all the Pokémon released in gen 2 and with a gen 2 type compatibility chart, stickers, and also a download code. There is also a separate download code available in Japan. The Japanese version holds the possibility to get the GS ball in Goldenrod City's Pokémon Communication Center, but only after beating the Elite Four. For Europe and America releases, while the English trailer announced that players will be able to encounter Celebi, there is no hard confirmation detailing whether it will be done via the GS ball at this point. We first found out that Pokémon Crystal would likely get a Virtual Console release, as patches supporting Pokémon Crystal was found bundled together with Virtual Console's Pokémon Gold and Silver, as discovered by our well known member @SciresM (tweets as seen below). Later, when Poké Transporter got updated for Gold and Silver support, he discovered that Poké Transporter also preemptively supports Crystal, despite it being unreleased at that point. 17. For the first time since the 19th of October 2017, there has been an announcement for new Pokémon for Pokémon Go. Today, 50 new Pokémon from Generation 3 got added to the game, with more coming in the coming weeks. Pokémon that are included with the release are: Treecko, Mudkip, and Torchic, amongst other unnamed Pokémon. This release is a follow up to the aforementioned Halloween update, in which they released a handful of Generation 3 Pokémon that included Sableye, Banette, and Duskull. Besides the aforementioned release of new Pokémon, there also will be an update regarding the weather. A new feature that got added is that there is overworld weather in the game. This means that the interface adapts to the current weather, so if it's sunny the sun will shine in the app, while if it rains there will be rain in the app. These two are just two examples, as there are 4 more new weather types in the app. Also the real world weather has an influence on the attacks of the Pokémon. The official announcement reads that "attacks of certain types will be more effective during some weather conditions, so a Charizard’s Fire Spin will perform better on sunny days, for example". Last but not least, a feature focused on weather-based chances for finding pokémon got added as well. This feature means that "for example, you’ll find your odds of discovering Mudkip splashing around will greatly improve on rainy days, as certain Pokémon types will be more commonly found during various weather conditions", as the official site writes.
