KNormalEncount is for event raids, and it only specifies the encounters.
I do not know where the data you seek is located. This is only a guess, but maybe it is in *Object Raid?Importing *Object Raid appears to work from PKHex's point of view. It'd probably work in-game too. Thanks for the help.

So, I do a lot of things with mt saves, which means data constantly changes on it. I want to let all data chabhe except the raid dens. I don't want to have to set up raids repeatedly every time I finish them. Where is den data under in Block Data so I can export that and import my raids whenever needed? Is it in KNormalEncount?

I thought about creating PKHex'd raids by placing in a 5 Star 4IV Shiny Raid seed, setting Stars to 5, setting Randroll to 99, and setting the den to rare. However, every time I interact with a Raid Den this way, the game crashes. How do I fix this? This occurs no matter how I change the raid seed. I'm using the latest version of PKHex as well as the latest version of the game.

I dunno if this may fix that issue for you, but go here:
There's a chance this might work for the versions you mentioned. Might not, though.

My Pokemon XD Randomizer didn't work properly for non-64-bit systems and didn't on certain processors. I have changed the code in these programs in an attempt to get these to work on most windows systems. I'd prefer this to be tested on non-Windows 10 machines and/or non-64-bit machines. Download the x86 (32-bit) and x64 (64-bit) Versions from the Github link below, then tell me the operating system, bit-type, and processor you tested my program on. Report any errors you got with the program below.

Batch Editor to set out of bounds values.
Not gonna bloat the GUI.
Typing in .SpeciesID1 and/or .Species in the Batch Editor doesn't work for out-of-bounds Pokemon on Gen 1. It may or may not work for Gen 4, as I tested it and it worked with Pokemon #494 but didn't seem to work with a Hybrid Pokemon. Might need to test that again.

I believe I once brought up a request for this on Project Pokemon Forums, but I'd like to bring it to light again. My original request was to allow people to be able to set IDs for Pokemon between 0-255 in Gen 1 and to set IDs for Pokemon between 0-65535 in Gen 3. This was implemented via SpeciesID1 and SpeciesID3. SpeciesID1 does nothing in Gen 1 games and doesn't solve the problem Species had. Interestingly, SpeciesID3 works perfectly fine. In Gen 2, Species can be used to set an ID between 0 and 255 just fine (they just show up red as invalid in the program, but load in-game). I wanted this because there was a wide variety of Missingno. in Gen 1 and interestingly there are a wide variety of Decamarks in Gen 3.
In order to fix this, I think you could do one of four things. The first method could be to treat out-of-bounds Pokemon the same way they're treated in Gen 2. The second method could be to treat out-of-bounds Pokemon the same way they're treated in Gen 3 and do something like a SpeciesID for each Generation. The third method could be to give them all a Missingno. icon and just give them all the same base stats, even if that isn't the case to save time but still keep the internal species ID. This way stats can be edited directly even for invalid Pokemon. The fourth method could be to allow the Pokemon ID to be set in PKHaX via a text-box, just like how you can via something like EXP, then do the same thing with the base stats as mentioned in method 3.
Also, if the same system that was used for Gen 3 could be implemented for Gen 4 or the fixed Gens for Pokemon 0-65535, that'd be great as there's a Hybrid Pokemon for every index at indices 32768-33261 and potentially other Pokemon to find.

This method of backing up your GB/GBC cartridges saves involves a device called the Hyperkin SmartBoy. This is a relatively inexpensive device that allows you to play your cartridge Gameboy and Gameboy Color games on your Android Smart Phone. Because of this, the SmartBoy can be used to Backup your saves from your GB/GBC games.
I'm sorry to necro this thread, but I need your assistance. I know the Hyperkin SmartBoy can backup saves from a real cartridge, but can it write/restore saves to that same cartridge? For instance, could I take the save file extracted from this tutorial, edit it, replace it, and then have those effects take place next game? I ask because I'd want to buy a Hyperkin for this purpose and if I cannot do this, I'd have to spend much more on a Joey.

I was trying to spawn in Birth Island Deoxys. It turns out that setting the Fateful Encounter Flag in PKHex actually sets the Invalid Pokemon flag instead, causing the pokemon to be hidden. I figured this out by opening the save file in PkmGCEditor after editing in PKHex. Fixing it there got it to appear in game but prevented it from being transferred over to the Gameboy. I documented this here: https://github.com/kwsch/PKHeX/issues/2289#issuecomment-487442379. Because PKHex did the same thing with SPACE C Deoxys I injected it via PKHex and then fixed it in PkmGCEditor. This Deoxys still isn't transferable, though I do thank you for your help.
-
So I was using PKHex to mod pokemon on Colosseum to transfer them over to my Gameboy and whenever I ticked the "Fateful Encounter" flag on Pokemon, the game would delete them upon it starting. I think for Deoxys to be legit and obey that the fateful encounter flag has to be checked, preventing a legit Deoxys from spawning in-game via PKHex. Taking off the Fateful Encounter flag fixes this issue partially, but considering Deoxys isn't legit without this flag, it isn't able to be transferred over to a Gameboy. This even occurs with the pokemon in the Encounters Database. A save file for reference will be attached. This is on the latest version of PKHex on a retail disc and a modded Wii by the way.

I'm back online, so give me your link code and I'll trade you stuff. I'll give you three level 100s.
Anyone who wants stuff can request it at the moment. I restored all the pokemon, so any request would do unless it's been requested on the forums or on YouTube.

Note: Please don't ask me for the same pokemon for at least a couple days after someone requests it on here. I'm running this mod on OFW and in order for me to restore my save, I have to do a full eMMC restore. Not only is this time-consuming, but I don't wanna write to my eMMC too much as too many writes can eventually kill it.
Taken Pokemon:
Charizard
Mewtwo
Blastoise
Mew
Ninetails
Dragonite
Articuno
Zapdos
MoltresOnly request at MAXIMUM three pokemon! Request them on this forum and give your link code once you friend me. I'd also prefer not to trade Mega Evolutions as that can ruin online play.

Thanks! I built the newest version of PKHeX and that script worked like a charm.

I set the Level of all of my Pokemon to 100 via this batch script:
.CurrentLevel=100 .Stat_Level=100
This sets the Pokemon to Level 100, but the stats remain the same. It shows the stats being updated in PKHeX, but shows the same stats as before in-game. Using PKHaX shows the actual values of the pokemon's stats. Using PKHaX, you can get a Pokemon to have 65535 on all stats. My guess is the game doesn't automatically update stats like was done in the previous games. The fix to this would be to just set the stats of the Pokemon automatically in the .pk file in PKHeX, but leave the ability to set custom stats in PKHaX. If there's a batch script that'd let me automatically set my stats to those shown in PKHeX, please post it below. (Currently I'm on the updated version of LGPE. Don't know if that has anything to do with it or not.)

So, I've been churning out Action Replay Codes non-stop lately and now I need to test them on the DS. Problem is, I don't have a DS and an Action Replay for it anymore. So, I'll post the codes I've made/modified below:
Pokemon Ranger Guardian Signs (Works on Real Hardware):
SpoilerPokemon Are Always Usable In Battle (Don't Use in Temple Mode, Makes Partner Unavailable There)
C0000000 00000006
12126B52 00000000
22126B5B 00000001
DC000000 0000000E
D2000000 00000000Wild Pokemon Modifier (When Single Pokemon in Battle):
120B798C 0000XXXX
*Catch whatever Pokemon you want and add it to your party. If a Pokemon says it freezes after battle in Desmume/Real Hardware, it won't freeze after battle in NO$GBA. Also, it won't freeze in the wild battle. It only freezes whenever you go into another battle after catching the Pokemon. In NO$GBA, they work just fine. You can use this code to catch any legendary that isn't labeled as Reserved/Freezes and they'll get added to your partners and function on real hardware. Any Pokemon that says reserved must not be in the rightmost partner pokemon slot or the game will freeze. Any pokemon that says reserved must be the last Pokemon. Anything added to the party after a reserved pokemon will cause the game to freeze.Hex Values for Pokemon Modifier:

*Credits to Xeogran for originally making these codes. He never released it, and he never gave it to me, so I just made it after watching the video.
**Until you are allowed 7 pokemon/have completed the game, pokemon might be in different positions. For instance, First Position might affect the partner pokemon instead.
***WARNING: If you change your partner pokemon to anything other than Minun, change it back (C1) right before the mission complete, else your partner pokemon is deleted permanently and you don't get minun or the other pokemon back. Also, editing your partner pokemon might make it so you cannot use 1 of the pokemon you catch. All others will be usable, though.

*Only allows you to summon one Esper in the Tier 3 slot. However, if Tier 3 Espers are placed into slots other than the Tier 3 slot, you can spawn up to 10. Summon all of them before one spawns, because whenever one spawns, you won't be able to spawn anymore until all Tier 3 Espers are off the field.
**If more than one type of Tier 3 Esper is used, their models will cycle back and forth and fuse together. I cannot fix this.Esper Troupe 1 Modifier

in-game. YOU MUST FIRST ENABLE THE TEAM CHARACTER MODIFIER ENABLER CODE TO USE THIS CODE! THE CODE MUST BE ACTIVE AT ALL TIMES THE MODIFIED CHARACTERS ARE USED, ELSE THE GAME MIGHT CRASH. To use this code properly, go and click on the adventurer and get to the dialogue option that lets you choose 'Yes' or 'No' if you want to save. Hold L+R, save the game, and restart the game. Your chosen characters will be added to your team.
***W, X, Y, and Z are replaced with one of the following values below:
E5CC - Yunita
E77C - Brandt
E92C - Jusqua
EADC - Aire
EC8C - Krinjh
EE3C - Torte (Using Rekoteh while using Torte will make a Torte/Reokteh fusion out of Torte.)
EFEC - Rekoteh
F19C - Rolan
F34C - Adventurer (Cannot be used without Use Adventurer Code. If you unequip the Adventurer's Sword or Shield without
equipping another one, the Adventurer's player model spazzes out and glitches the screen up to the point of where
you can't see anything. Interestingly, the Adventurer can use any sword and the Adventurer's will actually change
depending which clothes you put on her, just like other characters. The hat will remain, though. If you change the
Adventurer into an animal, it will take the form of the animal the original character had, albeit an Adventurer head
and hat on top of it. Talking to the Adventurer on your team will either result in an ellipses for text or your
character talking to themselves.)
****Placing the same character multiple times will not make multiple of the same character battle, just that character
gets as many turns as they were placed. For instance, if you place Yunita four times, you will not battle with
four Yunitas. Yunita will just get four attacks. You will also see the other characters that were supposed to be
there suspended at places below or around the battlefield. However, it will show four Yunitas on the character screen.
This could also mess with the story of the game, so use it either after the game finishes or at your own risk.
*****Characters start at the level you left them at. For instance, if you lost Rolan in-game at Level 21, switching
to Rolan using this cheat will have him at Level 21 with his stats and inventory. Adventurer starts out at Level 99.
******Whenever more than one character appears at a place they're not expected to be at, expect graphical errors
involving the character models. If there is more than one of these characters that aren't the party leader,
they'll spawn at the same place on the map, making a bit of a mess and making it hard to talk to them.Allow 4 Team Members (L+R)

I understand. So, unless somebody else has better informations than us, I think we can safely conclude that seed manipulation(and, therefore, TID/SID manipulation) is currently impossible for Colosseum.
For Pokemon hunting, as far as I know, it's just more luck-based than XD for the same reason(impossibility to determine the initial seed); actually, both the RTC and the initial seed are easily changeable in XD by using Dolphin's Dev mode, because they are related, while in Colosseum this is possible only for the former.
I've edited SID/TID in both Pokemon Colosseum and Pokemon XD before. I made a Gecko Code a while back to edit trainer SID and TID. I could also make codes to edit Pokemon SID, TID, and PID in Colosseum as well (I already did this in XD). If you'd like to set your Trainer SID/TID in Pokemon Colosseum, here's a Gecko Code for that:
Trainer SID TID Modifier Code 48000000 8047ADB8 DE000000 80008180 1200009C 0000SSSS 1200009E 0000TTTT E2000001 80008000 T= TID in HEX S= SID in HEX

Try running it just once with the SpeciesID1 then exporting the save.
PKHeX references Species for displaying sprites; so any invalid species ID for gen1/3 will display nothing instead of missingno.
@Kaphotics Tried it that way and it didn’t work. It is the equivalent of deleting the Pokémon in-game. When that didn’t work, I tried editing the MaxSpeciesID_1 value, and doing this causes PKHeX to crash upon entering. I have a solution, but hopefully it isn’t too tedious. You put all 255 items in RBYGS by placing them as something like Item#093. Could you do the same for the rest of the glitched Pokemon we can’t edit in? (An example would be having the Pokémon at the 255th index labeled as PokemonID#255 in the Pokémon Species drop-down box). You could give them all the same EV/IV/Stat Calculation and just let the person correct the stats in-game by placing the Pokémon in the PC. This way you wouldn’t have to add in individual Missingno. Stat Calculations. You could also give all of the Pokémon added in this way the same sprite (a Missingno. Sprite of some kind).

SpeciesID3 is for pk3 format only; SpeciesID1 is for pk1s.
If a pkm class does not have the property, the value can't be set (no changes).
Party Data has slot/box values of -1
looks like PK1 has a "Valid" check:
public override bool Valid => Species <= 151 && (Data[0] == 0 || Species != 0);
maybe just forcing that to `true` and recompiling will make the program not treat as invalid (and thus will show the missingno sprite).
Setting the boolean to true doesn't work. I typed it as this:
public override bool Valid => true;
Did exactly the same thing as before. Maybe it's a bit complicated, but I think the only way to fix this is to integrate the other 155 pokemon into the Drop-Down Box.This'd mean giving each one of them an unknown sprite and giving them either their own set of EV/IV/Stat Calculation or just giving them all a basic number and let the game deal with it. If you want (I'm not familiar with Visual Basic or C# but have used other IDEs and other languages before) I could add in the rest if you didn't mind telling me how to do this.

Using .SpeciesID1=255 makes a pokemon disappear from its slot and in-game. So, let's say I wanted to edit Party Pokemon Slot 3.
Would I just do =Box=-1 and =Slot=3 to edit Party Pokemon Slot 3?
