In case you missed it, Browserhax and ThemeHax/MenuHax are back! Now they work also on 10.2 and 10.3. Remember it's easy for Nintendo to block your browser so install MenuHax

On 10.3 you need Cubic Ninja or Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D + a way to install a modded save file on Zelda (Powersaves or Cubic Ninja).

Browserhax is a bit unstable, try again, be sure to zoom as much as possible and try tapping multiple times on the bar, I read that it helps. Clearing the browser save data isn't mandatory but also helps (you'll lose your bookmarks).

Browserhax works on 9.0-10.1 but Nintendo can block it on 9.9-10.1 by forcing an update, he is on 9.4 so he should be able to use it but some browser versions aren't supported, I don't know if his version is ok or not for Browserhax, it should be ok.
The last number of the firmware is updated only if you update your console via Internet, if you update via a game it isn't updated (other system files aren't updated when updating via a game, like the browser).
His 2DS was probably on FW 6.3.0-12 and updated with Inazuma Eleven or Codename STEAM that require FW 9.4.0, so now he has a 9.4 FW with a 6.x Browser.

RAM2Sav works if the last number of the firmware is -20, -21 or -22, -12 isn't compatible.
I think you should be able to use Browserhax + svdt or Save Manager to dump/restore your save file

Are you sure you uploaded the French-EUR one and not the French-USA one (as you probably have a ton of .WC6s in your PC it may happen
)? Its TID is 11045 like the American Zoroark, but the European one should be 11065 (like the one uploaded by Nplumb) -
SID is 112, the code is region-locked (only Japanese consoles)

Just run the game through HANS, if you press HOME it takes a screenshot instead of loading the Home Menu. Then load the Screenshot tool to convert the raw screenshot in .png

So now I wonder since codes are being given away only a matter of days before the codes were set to expire if they will still expire on October 31, 2015 or if they have extended the expiration date of the codes. However, unless someone can get a serial code from this event in Italy we probably won't find out if the expiration date has changed.
According to an user who went to the event, the Milan Games Week codes for Morimoto's Pokémon will expire on January 22.

It seems it's just a modified version of PKHeX for the iPhone with less features that creates QR Codes (PKHeX can also create QR Codes)... nothing special.
(By the way QR Injection only works on Old3DS FW from 9.0.0-20 to 9.5.0-22)

Just a curiosity, is it possible to set how many times a Wondercard can be shared and if the receiving game can share it or not?

Only thing I can think of is load the EON Ticket onto an English game, then take the save and load it into another language game and see if the script is translated when you talk to Norman to pick up the ticket. But that might not work either.
No, it isn't translated, a friend of mine used this method to get the Eon Ticket in his Italian games and Norman spoke in English.

Used or unused doesn't matters, as long as the Wonder Card is still on the save file.
The Pokémon Day was held on July 2nd and 3rd 2005, here are two photos of the leaflet they gave us to help us catch Deoxys: 1 2
As you can see there are only FR and LG logos and in the second page there isn't the Speed Form, it's only mentioned in the red section down left (there's written that Deoxys will take its Speed Form in Emerald, released that autumn and it's the fastest Pokémon ever).

Great work! I saw on the previous page that there's a question mark near the Italian Aurora Ticket event, I can confirm it was distributed at the Pokémon Day 2005 for FireRed and LeafGreen. Emerald wasn't out at the time, but it could be also obtained in Emerald (and FR/LG, if you didn't go to the Pokémon Day) by sending your game to Nintendo of Italy.
I have the Italian Aurora Ticket wondercard in my LeafGreen (I went to the Pokémon Day), but it is used, if it can help you PM me!

The important thing is the number after the "-" in the firmware, if it's -20, -21 or -22 Web Injection will work, if it's -19 or lower or -23 or higher it won't work.

I have an Italian Gamescom2015 Malamar (because I finally won a giveaway LOL), here it is.
Proof:
It's male and it has 31IVs in HP and Atk.
It seems that this event doesn't register the Wondercard ID in the Received List, is it the same for you @ElseSomeone?

Female Italian PGL Pikachu
Like I said earlier, it has 25 static IVs in HP, the other stats are random.
I also checked seb5049's and MEROCO's Wc6s, they also have 25 IVs in HP. seb5049's Pikachu is female, MEROCO's Pikachu is male.

Problems with Gen4-Gen5 events
in PKHeX

Hi Kaphotics, thank you for .pcd/.pgt/.pgf support!
I noticed that if I inject Gen4 or Gen5 events that are supposed to be female-only, PKHeX generates male Pokémon.
(tried with Worlds Smeargle for Gen5 and PKTOPIA Magmortar and Pikachu for Gen4, according to the Event Gallery they are female only)
Also, not a big problem as we can do it manually, but PKTOPIA Pikachu has Surf and when transferring from Gen4 to Gen5 we had to delete HMs, PKHeX doesn't delete Surf.
