The Pokemon's stats do not match for what their EVs should give them.
Also, you would need to make a new video to send using the newly legal Pokemon.
-
I always though it was weird, how falkner's gym trainers had like a level 14 spearow or somthing and he had a level 7/9 pidgey/pidgeotto
-
You can hatch it from an egg given ingame.
It has more than 60 and less than 83 base speed.

I tried submitting the code 2 days ago after I completed it to the USA Platinum OFFICIAL AR Codes Thread, but so far it hasn't been added, so I decided to post it here.

No, but to be honest it wouldn't be that difficult, as I already have (and posted) the code. ;P
I just made this because it was useful for mapping out save files. If there's much demand for the program to fix .pkm checksums too, then I'll toss it on there.
Sabresite made a program called Pokemon TrashByte Normalizer from what I seen it works perfectly fine. Unless something new was discovered that made the checksums invald for the .pkm file for legality or something.

I submitted the code to be added to the list of codes in the USA Platinum OFFICIAL AR Codes thread, but so far its not been added yet.
I will post it here for the mean time.

5 is one of those "If" statements, so to do what you want to do, you'll need this:
B2101D40 00000000
DC000000 00111D10
50000000 YYYYYYYY
If those 0 and 1 statements never change location, you'll need to wipe the offset register with D3000000 00000000 before writing those. So, in the end, your code is:

B2101D40 00000000

I look forward to this. :kikkoman:
Thanks! SCV help me out a little bit on the IRC, but what you showed me here help me make the code alot smaller! Its completed and a BEAST I made it user friendly so instead of entering the decimal value for the music's hex value, you just enter in 0-17 and press start.

You need to be specific. You can't edit a code poped out of Pokesav to act as a game. It's a code, not a game.
I think he means he changed the game id for the eng pokesav codes to the game id for the Chinese version and expected it to work.

I am still very new at making AR codes and now I have been trying to convert my 34 different music codes in to one big code that you can use the calculator poketch to change them, like the USA Wild Pokemon, Level and Nature Modifier code by SCV.
Now the problem I am having is that it seems that the location in RAM for the Calculator's display changes each time it boots the game. when i first began work, i mapped its location and made a test code, it consisted of 3 different music codes to pick and I was able to switch between them all. Then I finished it up for 14 other codes, all 16 battle themes and mute for trainer battles. I tested that and it was working still. I closed the emulator, I then made the last 17 for wild battles. I reopen the emulator and it was not working, even for the trainer codes. I then removed the wild battle codes and its still not working. I remove the rest of the codes and only had the original 3, still not working. I test with only one code and that if the calculator reads 1 and start is pressed then play this song at the start of a trainer battle, STILL NOT WORKING! Now I am all upset because I don't know what gives, it was working before. I then decide to go back one last step and remap the calculators display location. Its in a DIFFERENT location! I close and reopen the emulator again and remapped, and its in a 3rd location. Rinse and repeat and its in a 4th, 5th, and 6th location! They are very close to each other, in my 5 remappings, they all resided in 0238FExx, xx being that in each mapping the last 2 values where different.
Here is a sample of my code, remember that in my original mapping, 238FE0C was the location of the calculators display location.
94000130 FFF70000 5238FE0C 00000002 0210B76C 00103DE0 1210B770 00002050 D2000000 00000000
How does his code now where to read for the poketch calculator's display location when it changes ever time the game loads?

I believe that's the method to make the G6 Real, and possibly the Touchpod to connect to the Wii, but I'm not sure if it connects with Platinum, because I'm unable to test this out, well because i do not possess a Cyclo, or G6 at time of posting.
Yea, I dont know if it works with plaiynum from all the reports of it either is or is not working even with the retail cart. but for d/p it was said to work on the m3 real useing the My Card option in the touchpod.
Is this the answer to my question? I'm not sure what "My Card" is. I'd really like to know, at any rate.My card is one of the options in the original M3 Real firmware, today it is know as touchpod and is bundled with Sakura. Holding A while booting the DS will ask you to boot to Sakura or touchpod.
-
I was always told to run the game from "My Card" with the touchpod for it to connect to the wii, it had something to do with the way it is patched to use soft resets, slowdowns and ar codes, even if all options are turned off it still does some kind of patch, like all options are disabled, but using mycard bypasses this, from what i herd.

You know, if it ends up they plan to make a title with all the current regions in it (Or at least more than two), they should insert a broader and more elaborate story line to help link said regions together into one big 'ol soup or yummy.
Agreed, like if a game like that would to come out, have you travel to the different regions multiply times while still doing the main story that is befor the e4.
-
As has been said plenty, traveling to all regions will make for a boring game since most of the space will be used for maps.
I can see them fitting both Johto and Kanto in one cartridge, a third, full size, region might be possible. But 4 would not be.
Are you sure? I have seen some games that where 256 MB, and Diamond was only a 64 MB. Whats not to say each region can fit in 64 MB chunks in a 256 MB game. I think it it really possible to fit 3 extra regions, with there own extra sprites, dialog and event scripts in 3 separate 64 MB chunks

Several media outlets have revealed that the announcement of a major, popularly-discussed Pokémon game will be made later this month. Pokémon Sunday is set to unveil the title May 10.
The show's official Web site describes the contents of next week's episode as "a worldwide first announcement and a worldwide first big scoop". The upcoming issues of CoroCoro and Nintendo Dream, which are Japanese magazines, have likewise been disclosed and are known to contain information regarding a "much-talked-about big title", although it is not directly stated that a Pokémon game is involved. Both magazine issues will be released after the airing of Pokémon Sunday.
Furthermore, the most recent episode previewed the annnouncement by showing two balls: one gold and one silver. Based on this as well as the fact that the game is said to have been the center of much speculation, many fans believe that the announcement will pertain to two titles: the Pokémon Gold and Silver remakes. It is also theorized that Junichi Masuda will appear on the show to make the announcement, since he did so both last month and the month prior in regard to other game-related scoops.
I think we just got our answer!

I am guessing that when it reads it being pal parked it reads its hometown code to decides what to use for the met location, and it uses the kanto, and hoenn from the met location area, also jhoto and sinnoh maybe safe guards to prevent the game from crashing if the pokemon was said to be pal parked yet has a hometown in johto or sinnoh.
