I'm getting the same error, but I have extracted the .ZIP.Windows 10 x64 with .NET 4.7
UPDATE: Re-extracted all files and now it works.
I wonder why re-extracting fixed that...
May be leftover files from previous versions...
Kudos for the Moemon avatar by the way

So I downloaded PKHex latest version on my laptop (Win7,x32,NET Framework 4.6) and whenever I try to open PKHex from the .zip file it just says ''Fatal Non-UI Error''.I have tried launching it from a shortcut in my desktop. Thanks for your time.
The problem lies in opening it from the .zip, try extracting it. If you want it to be ordered, just extract it into a dedicayed folder for PKHex
If it still doesn't work, then an issue might be happening.

Considering the only way to Mega Evolve your Pokemon in Sun & Moon is by getting a post-game Key Item, would it be possible to use the PKHex to inject and add in that item early? I'm just wanting to be able to Mega Evolve the Absol I injected in.
Sorry, but that doesn't work, needs an ingame flag. Has been mentioned elsewhere.
Can a mod close the thread?

If these Pokemon should be the onesade to look like Gen 1 pokemon, gender would be an issue either way right?

Don't have a hacked 3DS, so I can't get you the wondercard file. I can, however, get you all the other info
The black one is my 3DS, the white one is my sister's Pikachu special edition 3DS XL.
As you can see, the codes were distributed via Nintendo Zone with a dutch message, don't know if it has a country specific difference though

This is a semi-duplicate post of https://projectpokemon.org/forums/index.php?/topic/40649-Any-way-to-open-blank-save-file-other-then-SAV7?-+-2-Errors
Please refer to there rather than opening duplicate threads

3. Also I found two text errors. When trying to open a jpk1 file in an international version of RBY or vice versa:
Thanks in advance for any reply!
Seems like a small oversight to me, they probably store the region of at least the sav and possibly the pkm (otherwise, they'll grab it on the spot, same result) and it looks like they uses the same region variable/method by accident

@crown trainer - The WCs are by language. So whatever the language for the Dutch distribution (I assume English), would use the same WC as other countries that use English such as UK.
Thanks, that just means I won't jump through any hoops to get it

Can someone recommend a display case for these that I can hang up on my wall?
Why not make one yourself? Get an exact grid in which they fit nicely, make a backplate and a front rim to put the glass behind and use a screw or hook to make sure it stays shut. Shouldn't be more than an hour and a half of work (not including painting)

Technically, according to biblical philosophy, the devil DOES exist, but is an invisible entity waiting for just the right moment to strike the world with it's pure terror (& with a lot of zombies in his force (& who knows? The devil probably has a signature move of his own, just we don't know what it is).
Seeing as the devil supposedly has the ability to cause plagues, poison, rains of fire, disease, pain, healing, etc. his signature move is probably metronome.
Thus it could be concluded that Togepi (having horns on his head and the capability to use metronome) is probably the devil

Does anyone know if Dutch wondercards are any different? (Game is still played in English as far as I know, never checked because Dutch makes pretty much anything suck)
If they are/could be I'd gladly try and fetch one given I can find the time. No hacked 3DS though, so for the life of me I don't know how to co tribute the Dutch wondercard -
If it'd also work locally on one machine and on several macines on the same network (without trying to go across the web), I would very much be interested. Too bad though that C# and networking still has some issues

It might be worth to manually recreate the entire Pokemon, or find out the differences and automate the gen x to gen 3 process.
Would love to backwards convert all my powerhouses myself, rather than recreate them from scratch

Interesting. But isn't that very niche use as compared to figuring out what the pokemon's stats are? As it stand calculating stats is impossbile using just the box dump data.. (Unless the Pokemon has 31 in every stat making Hyper training irrelevent and impossible).
Seeing as the hypertraining is a series of 5 or 6 stats, there's less possibilities for hypertraining. After all, there's contests in RSE, DPPt, ORAS and maybe more (never did anything with contests). I could be making some severe mistakes by now though, as ot's getting pretty late here and I need some sleep

Contest data is probably kept for Pokemon transferred to check if ribbons from older gens are legal. So it doesn't seem all that irrelevant to me

How come you can't save the game? Or would that be too off-topic to ask (and mahbe fix) in this thread?
I might not be an expert, but I tend to be of use one way or another -
what do you call real save file ?
One that comes from a cartridge, which is a 32KB .sav file

the software can't open
Just copy/paste the file in another directory for backing up.
How's the file size compared to a real save file?

Logically speaking, any items you can have duplicates of (anything not a key item, Z-crystal or TM should be safe. Can't say anything about the single occurence items though

Shouldn't all error messages be trimmed down to at least "File reading went wrong, check log at {location} for detailed error report"?
Anyways, seems like an inexistent location/non-readable file

It works, but it's very quick&dirty with changing the gens... Not really fond of it... Works though!
-
It works perfectly fine for the EU version of LeafGreen! Congrats on the work (haven't checked my items and dex yet, though...)

After you download the .zip file containing the app and extract it, do you run it right from the unzipped directory? It almost sounds like you're running the app in a directory where it can't find the database file.
Tried downloading it again, fixed all issues with the test .sav but it still says my own .sav is incompatible...
I have however, managed to run it in an emulator and with PokéGen, the issue in the program was probably a damaged download, but it's working good!

You were right, for some reason Java did install the x86 version for me. I manually dug up the x64 version and now it's working.
I encountered the same problems, turns out Oracle likes to shove the x86 down your throat...
Fixed, still have to test it, but seems nice! (That Kyogre with calm mind seems to run, though)

Might be a simple mistake but this:
=== Encounter Type: Egg (Scizor)
Might be the issue, shouldn't that be
=== Encounter Type: Egg (Scyther)?
