When the battle was over, did it say Sableye fled? I ran into a similar issue with the
Spoilerendgame trying to catch Lickitung as it uses shadow explosion and kills itself. I had to exit Agate village and come back in in order to rebattle and he had the Lickitung once more.

I have 2 questions:
SpoilerAfter the battle with Gorigan, as I exited the cipher factory, I was told Raikou was around. How do I catch the 3 beasts? Also, what is the catch rate on the shade balls?

I was having the same issue until recently. Turning off dual-core under general settings seems to have fixed that for me. Stable for now.
