Load a compatible save (SW/BDSP/PLA) into PKHeX, then drag the correct PCdata.bin to the right side of PKHeX. Keep in mind it’ll likely replace your mons in the PC.

you can drag stuff in and out to keep everything.

It has to be BW, and has to be Japanese. This event was not given to any other region nor language.

I’m guessing you didn’t remove the old file. I see two yellow entries and not sure which one is the newer one. Consider renaming the upload so it’s obvious it’s newer, if you wanna keep the old one.

Summary for @Masterdragon1990:

My findings in relationship to what you said:

1. You yourself deleted Sapphire, presumably due to the Colosseum picture being in Sapphire (picture in Spoiler below)
[When I hover over the red-crossed out eye icon (means Deleted), I can see what reason it was deleted for, and who deleted it. Reason indicated is messup, a trend we see with a lot of your other files]

2. Note that save files needs to be manually approved. You deleted it prior to approval, and likely forgot and are misattributing it to me (or perhaps any other mod) blocking it.
3. In our deleted files, there's quite a bit of files that keeps getting uploaded by you, despite the same file already existing, such as Pokémon Blue and Pokémon Yellow saves.


In addition to what I've found, a gentle reminder for points that you should keep in mind:
1.  Please be aware that save files needs to be manually approved by human moderators. Which means this takes time.
2. The forum etiquette applies to all uploads, not just Pokémon Blue. Upload the main type once, and within the page re-upload the updated version (Upload a new version), instead of creating tons of new file pages.
3. Using the same re-upload function mentioned above, you can actually fix messups. Whether is it incorrect image uploaded, or incorrect file uploaded, it can be fixed via there.
4. Do not create alternate accounts (alts)
5. Do not misuse the report button.

IIRC CTRTransfer files are dumped from a different user’s console. It is possible to argue that as piracy.

The demo, if obtained from external sources, are also piracy. (Doesn’t count as one if you obtained it from your own dump).

Granted, I find it interesting and would at some point rephrase the language used to describe the scenario, thanks.

Yeah but legitimately you won’t be able to download the incorrect demo, nor change the device’s region.

also the Vivillon test it’s inaccurate; it’s related to the geographical data saved in the user data of the device, for selected country.

hence why spoofing region + country and starting a new game didn’t change the Vivillon form. A separate set of data is stored in the 3DS itself and that wasn’t changed.

@Attila0501 this page is about how to import the event into your save (via save editing), which is wholly appropriate.

If you wanna know how to legitimately activate the event, then check a YouTube guide or something.

Hi @Lothus, please do not discuss anything to related to piracy. If you are having issues, try dumping your own ROM from your own game.

If you did a quick google check, you'll find out they were added to Ultra Sun/Ultra Moon, and don't exist in Sun/Moon.

This Magearna isn't given via Wonder Card.

1. A lot of the events aren't validated by PKHeX
2. These mons have been marked by giving them Pokerus (presumably so that the owner can tell if someone dumbly cloned them), and that has been clearly stated.

This steelix is only available on the Japanese (region) version of the Demo.

Setting any other region’s language to Japanese (language) will not yield you a Steelix.

The first and most important main difference is international FRLG and Emerald doesn't support e-Reader.
