Introduction
Hello all!
I've started this, as I've been getting quite a bit of Citra save requests rather frequently.
Also, big thanks to @Ammako for coming up with this idea, as a way to deal with the horde of requests.

How to use
Start off by selecting the set you want.
Each set will come with 4 folders, with choices of No Starter (not chosen yet), Chespin, Fennekin or Froakie.
Use the images below on how to differentiate between Sets.

 
Once a set is chosen, edit your Trainer's Name and Trainer's Nickname as you please.
In Pokemon XY, your rivals give you a nickname. Here is where it's found here in PKHeX:


I'll recommend changing your Trainer ID and Secret ID as well, and maybe give a nickname to the starter.
This way, the game will feel personal to you.
(if you do so, do remember to change the starter OT, TID and SID to yours)


Closing Notes
I've included a couple of bonus save files, which are stripped-down save post-game saves, varying from Set 1 to Set 6 (and then 2 extras).
(It originated as a request, after one user lost their save file, and simply wants to experience post-game).

On a separate note, I've previously been told that Citra tends to hang on choosing Kalos Starter and first battle with Shauna,
so to counter that, the game saves that is provided with a starter already chosen, begins after Shauna's embarrassing loss.

To proceed with the story, bring the Prof's Letter to your Mom, and your journey truly begins..

For those with freezes after collecting the Town Map,
I've made another save (Chespin chosen, but all 3 Starters are in that save) that has the Town Map collected.

A rudimentary viewer and editor program for GP1 files.
Supports drag and drop (just drag the GP1 onto the program).

Has a function to store location data, as well as use stored location data.
The bundled location.txt needs to be in the same folder as the program, for it to work.
Also has in-built CP calculator, based on IVs and level.
Note: the CP shown, is based on PGo CP calculation, which is how Go Park works.
Initial encounter, it will show PGo details. Once captured, the CP gets rerolled to Let's Go CP.

Note from 13th December, 2018:
On this day, some of the stats of certain Pokemon has been changed.
If I'm not mistaken, unlike the forced stat change enforced during Let's Go's release, these only kick in if:
(1) you evolved into that Pokemon after the change or
(2) you powered up the particular species after the change or
(3) you freshly captured that species after the change or
(4) you received the Pokemon from trade after the change.
Meaning if you already had the creature before the change, it's CP and stats will remain unchanged on Pokemon Go, until you performed one of the points above.
Do note that these changes could be enforced in the future, even if the actions specified above wasn't performed.
[Confirmed on my end; I transferred 2 Meltan on 13-Dec, one captured before and one captured after the change.
The older one uses old CP calculation, while newer one uses new calculation. See image in screenshots section]

This event was given away to commemorate The Year of Legendary Pokémon via Serial Code (US 3DS) or via Nintendo Network (EU 3DS).
The gift received between Pokémon Sun & Moon and Pokémon Ultra Sun & Ultra Moon will slightly differ, in areas such as held item, level and moveset.

The Nintendo Network redemption (EU 3DS) runs from June 01 to 22, 2018.
The Serial Code cards (US 3DS) can be obtained at GameStop stores between June 01 to 24, 2018.
The end date for the serial code redemption is not known at this point.

The Pokémon in these files are compatible with Pokémon HOME. As long as you don't change any of the immutable values (EC, PID, IVs, shininess, etc), it can be transferred across games via HOME, and would have the correct stats, regardless of whichever HOME compatible Switch title you inserted it into first.

If you want to have a brief understanding of why you should not change immutable values, check here. (you'll also find an example there)

Exceptions:
- LGPE is missing from this living dex page (NOT being worked on)
- Spinda is missing, as no other game can withdraw it right now
- Any Pokémon that cannot be transferred out of HOME are missing from this living dex; we gotta wait for games that can support those species.

This Rayquaza was distributed as a tie-in with the TCG release of the Ancient Origins Expansion (that has Shiny Rayquaza as a Mascot).
It's wonder card gender was apparently incorrectly set to "Random", when it's supposed to be "Genderless".

This event was distributed to international players via a 3DS region-locked QR code on the main Pokemon website.
For Japanese players, it was distributed via a QR code on a Ga-ore disc with the QR code on it, collected only in theaters for the Volcanion and the Mechanical Marvel Movie.

This event is actually pre-programmed into the Pokemon Sun and Moon games, and it requires only the QR code to activate,
after the player has cleared the game (become the Champion).

This Pokémon was distributed to commemorate the release of the TCG Expansion: Cosmic Eclipse.
For players in Europe, players can obtain the serial code from participating retailers between October 1 to November 15, 2019.
For players in North America, players can obtain the serial code from Pokémon Pass by visiting Gamestop, between October 21 to November 10, 2019.
For players in Australia, the serial codes can be obtained from EB games, starting October 24, 2019.
This marks the first time Shiny Lunala is available in the games, as Lunala is shiny-locked in Pokémon Moon and Pokémon Ultra Moon.

PKHeX plugin to check for valid PIDIV and other correlated stats for Overworld8 or Max Raid or Max Lair mons.
Once the data is found, the selected row can be sent to PKHeX's viewer, without the user having to copy the data over manually.

Other small features include:
- Able to update Trainer ID/Secret ID in Searcher based on Save's details or Viewed Pokémon's details
- Able to update Trainer ID/Secret ID in Searcher based on viewed Pokémon's details, whenever a different Pokémon is viewed
- Able to update Gender Ratio filter (Max Raids/Max Lair searching only) based on the viewed Pokémon
- The TSV box updates based on what the user inputs, or the data grabbed from save/viewer.
- If a modified IV stat is 31, the Hyper Training Flag would be removed

Put the plugin into the plugins folder in your PKHeX directory, then access it from the Tools menu.
