Edited for Hack Of The Year!
This is my team's entry for SkyTemple's hack jam! The jam ended half an hour ago, so I'm posting the link on this website as well now!
To recap, the topic of the jam was "An Unlikely Team"; and the gimmick was "Have a Pokémon not present in the base game take an important role".
This hack is a continuation of PMD: Chip, my only previous finished hack. It follows Emmy (the protagonist of PMD: Chip) as she tries to get back yet another Apple from a thief, accompanied by the Staryu that first stole her Apple in Chip!
The hack was made by our team of people - Team Portal! The team includes me and two other people: Filthy#0173 and Pazkallan#0928 on Discord.
The hack features 4-5 short dungeons for a total of around 35 minutes of gameplay. Below here are a few screenshots and a patch for the clean US ROM. Hope you enjoy!
Hack Of The Year update:
A new version with plenty of features has been released in honor of HOTY!
It contains plenty of new features, such as:
- Skippable cutscenes
- Polish and QOL improvements
- Extra content in the main menu
This is one step closer to being the definitive version of Chip 2, so I hope that if you play it, you'll enjoy your time with this new version!

Someone else was having trouble with it as well, so I made a new patch that should work better with xdelta now!

I've been fiddling around with SkyTemple lately and I decided to make a short ROM hack out of it! The story is based on a very basic one-shot a friend of mine mastered to test out a PMD tabletop RPG we're playing
I made this mostly to test out SkyTemple and have a bit of fun with it, so it's really short - you can complete it in about five minutes. The good thing is that this means it's complete! You can easily play it from beginning to end.
Attached here is the xdelta patch (to be applied on a US ROM of Explorers of Sky) as well as a few screenshots!

Been a while since I posted here! I'm here to bring you another creation by Team Portal, in the form of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Otherworld!
The members of Team Portal included in the creation of this hack (Discord handles reported here) were:
This hack follows Mitzi the Fomantis, Puck the Galarian Zigzagoon and a third, scary Pokémon in their journey though a different, scary world. Will MItzi and Puck be able to escape? What will they discover in this spooky place?
This was made for the second SkyTemple Hack Jam! The topic of the hack jam was "Ghosts and Spirits" and the gimmick was "Have a map background not present in the base game".
The average playtime for this hack is about 30 minutes; and the patch is for the US version of Explorers of Sky.
This post is mostly for hosting purposes, haha. Discord will soon no longer support permanent links, so there needed to be another way to download the hack. Still, if you found this hack through this post, I hope you enjoy it!
