Just assume everything is fake and you'll be a lot happier at the end of the day. 99.9% of Old Sea Map anything sold online is fake, Aurora Ticket is probably 99.8% lmao

There's no "Mew" in the Poke Ball Plus. Think of it as containing the serial code, and the game merely automatically redeems it for you when you select to pair and receive. So if the code is already used, there is absolutely no way to get the code to function again. (FYI it is marked used on the server's side, and we can't mess with server sided stuff). What you could do is just inject a Mew into your save anyway, but it is unrelated to the Poke Ball Plus functionality.
