Today out of curiosity I was wondering if the Black White Zoroark event was scripted for Zoroark to appear as the correct Legendary Beast without any Pokémon being in memory or was the correct Legendary Beast that it would appear as was actually loaded into memory. Well it turns out when you encounter this Zoroark the Legendary Beast it appears as is also stored in the memory. The Legendary Beast is generated separately from Zoroark thus the two will have different PIDs, IVs, and natures from each other. Additionally, the Legendary Beast does not have a set PID, IV, or nature and is generated each time you encounter Zoroark. The Legendary Beast is at level 25 and will have it usual level up move for the level. Edit: I added a second Suicune to show that the Legendary Beast isn't a static Pokémon in memory.   2. Hi! I'm new here for I wanted to share my save or whatever file, containing my legit 1st generation german mew (From the distribution 2000 or so in Bremen Germany, Trainer ID 00230, OT HAMBURG). After I lost my first one on my silver version to an empty battery I prayed for my yellow one, containing my other mew, not to fail and ordered a submodule gb01. Meanwhile I saved that Mew on a newly bought battery swapped Blue version and finally on my newly bought n64 stadium 2. Finally the submodule gb01 arrived today after months of delay and I was able to create the save, containing the mew. So my question would be, where ist the best location to upload the file? should I edit the save and somehow extract the pokemon? or do I simply upload the save file? Thanks and cheers!

  3. I think @theSLAYER meant here, since that other link is for information about Japanese Contributions: You can upload the save or the Pk1 file by extracting it with PkHex, both methods are valid!

  5. This could be a game problem that mitigates any hacking (not just PKHeX), but then again I've only heard this happen on Citra. My advice is: don't hack your save at the beginning. Wait till you've unlocked trading before you hack your save. Next, make sure your game is not modified in any way. It would be ideal if it's a fresh dump from your own 3DS. (not a pirated copy. Also reminder: piracy is not allowed on our site)

  6. I don’t know since I used my RAM ripper application to find them. Gen 5 RAM doesn’t have set offsets so I could give you a location, but when you look it probably will not be there. I’ll post the offsets for these 4 PKM files tomorrow evening/night (roughly this time but and hour earlier) since I know what I’m looking for in the RAM now. But, luckily they use English text headers that aren’t encrypted so I could give the header you should look for as well.

  7. I'm asumming the ROM is your own backup. Yes. to keep it legal, make sure they do not have weird characters in the nickname and OT. PKHeX presently has issues translating those to different gens, and is working on it. So one way around it is to use plain simple names. Yes. Gen 3 and Gen 4 have a known PIDIV(etc) relationship, and Gen 5 have certain PID to OT gender relationship. However, with current model of PKHeX, it would flag you if it's illegal.
