  1. I was just about to address this. Erm, yeah? Gen 1 data structure for Pokemon is really small. It doesn't contain origin game byte, for example. So PKHeX is really taking best guesses here. If it's a Bulbasaur with no egg moves, and has no moves to suggest it learned a move early (cause Gen 2 might have changed the move roster via leveling around), PKHeX has no way to identify that a mon was bred in Gen 2. TL;DR: For Gen 1/Gen 2 entries, if the mon has no identifying features to show it was bred in Gen 2, and the mon is in a Gen 1 save, PKHeX would not think that it's bred in Gen 2. Basically, there is no specific byte in the data that labels the mon as a Gen 1 mon or Gen 2 mon. What determines it, would be the circumstances surrounding it. (Such as what level is it at, what moves does it have, what game is it in, caught location [only applies to Crystal], etc) Also, please stop multiposting. If you got any new information, and your latest post is unanswered, edit the information into that post.

  2. Dear god that was awful I tried so many many things... Google was absolutely no help. If anyone else has this issue I hope you find this post. 1. Change the file extension of the png to bmp 2. Open it in paint 3. Edit it as you like using only the color palette 4. Save it as a bmp with 256 color 5. Change the file extension of the bmp to png 6. Voila now kill me. In regards to making the hidden sprite go away just make the 8bbp image all the first color in the palette this will set the entire image as transparent. Under the image is the inital sprites of the animation so I have no idea why the hidden sprite is there in the first place. Hope this helped someone.

Foreword My hopes aside, I expect SWSH's events to be similar to LGPE, namely being non-injectable. As there are distributions for items and clothings/outfits, our contribution system would slightly differ from previous generations. Please please please read the entire section below, especially before you redeem your gift. How to contribute We need both of these: 1. Data that contains the event Provide a before redemption save and after redemption save (you could upload it here or PM it to me) [You're gonna need a modified/hacked Switch in order to extract the saves] or Alternatively, you may PM me and donate to us the serial code, if it's a items or clothings/outfits event. [Do note that with this, I will not be able to return you the code] 2. Details relating to the event If possible provide as much of below as possible: Pictures of the event location, the distribution device etc (if it's a local distribution) Photo/screengrab of receiving screen Serial code card (you can blank out the last 12 digits of the code; we only need the prefix, and a nice look at the card)
