  1. But it trades so must be legal. My heartgold shiny original cap pikachus forged from the dust of Arceus. Bless me oh sysbot with this mon for it is indeed legitimate and disregard pkhex since it has garbage integrity

  2. So you expect me to read the wall of text, and then comment? Okay -after some time- Lol, the very first mon I loaded up has errors. This is going to be just great. Shiny Bulbasaur that was hatched, yet has Cherish Ball, and has fateful encounter flag. Lol Shiny Original Cap Pikachu caught in HeartGold? lolol Shiny Mew not from Emerald? LOLOLOL Yup, almost everything is illegal. Whoever thought it was a good idea to hack these in: Nope, they're not "secret events". Just plain illegal. Nothing to do with the (falsely) claimed The illegality of these mons are so outrageous that they're practically plain as day to see. There are some real events sprinkled throughout, but all in all, these files are just horrible. Too much illegals. User claiming they're legal. Hiding the post cause user is misrepresenting what they are. (I'll be leaving the quoting of the post intact, but removing the upload) I can't even imagine that I'm going to thank you for this (cause I typically get mentally turned off at wall of texts without line breaks nor proper grammar usage), but thanks @Delta Blast Burn for bringing such an egregious post to my attention. Based on the content of said user, the user is also on my watchlist now. And lastly: You're such a joke. You clearly don't understand the meaning of legal (Or maybe you're a troll, which in that case, well done, now shoo). Why don't you understand what legal means, before you try to create mons, huh? Edit: Clarification for clarification's sake. I don't see the merit in critique with no constructive feedback. Getting horrible hacks to pass through online services is not the definition of legal (appears to be the basis of the misinformed point you were trying to make). Legal typically refers to a mon that is indistinguishable from stuff you can obtain in-game (or via events) without abnormal gameplay. (Stuff like glitches or ACE constitute abnormal gameplay) For example, your Original Cap Pikachu from HeartGold? Totally not legal. Pikachu variant in the form of the Original Cap Pikachu does not exist in HeartGold. And that variant will not exist until distributed in Gen 7. Not to mention, as of writing, all of the cap variants (besides Partner Cap) were distributed as shiny locked. So if we compare your mon to one that was legally available, yours fail the mark miserably. Hence illegal. PKHeX is working as intended. Keep in mind the real definition of legal when you decide to craft mons. Check various databases (online sites like Serebii, Bulbapedia etc) to see if the mon you wanna make ever legally existed to begin with. So that fellow readers have an inkling to what I'm referring to, marvel at this hot piece of garbage:

  3. I give you my most sincere opinion, I have been playing pokemon since I was 17 years old, I am already 39 on my way to 40, I have seen pokemon grow, by his side many people have grown up who have wanted to safeguard unique things from past generations, for example, Many of us want that pichu ear piku or pokemon that marked our childhoods or better times, to return, but always those of us who have understood microcomputing and programming, have respected the game itself, I use pkhex, but I almost always do it for events that may be forgotten over time, otherwise I do not edit or believe, because I like to breed pokemon, which is the grace of it, but keeping the events that are coming is like the conservation work that is now with the old games from the 80s, good jewelry is lost, because there is no mentality to preserve the good. Being here I have seen people who have kept the most wonderful events that we could not have in Europe or events that many could not have because they did not have those friends that they did, it is missing, but today, there is much interested who uses this tool for their own benefit rather than to preserve wonderful pokemon. Sorry for this long text, but I had to say it or it exploded.

  6. Pokémon Rising Ruby | Pokémon Sinking Sapphire A completed 721 hack for Pokémon Omega Ruby and Pokémon Alpha Sapphire. Current Version: v2.1.0 Last Updated: 16th October, 2016 Description Rising Ruby and Sinking Sapphire are modifications of Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire that allow you to play through the main game with all 721 Pokémon obtainable and go through the challenge of a significantly stronger Pokémon League. A huge emphasis has been placed on Pokémon availability, with most areas in the game offering 10 or 11 species that haven't been seen before that point. The mostly equal chance of encountering any of the Pokémon in an area also mean you're unlikely to get the same thing twice on the first encounter, making the game lend itself well to Nuzlocke runs (if you can handle the extra challenge from the trainer battles!). In addition to these two main changes, there are also modifications to other things where possible, including new convenient sets of level up moves, modifications to evolutions removing trading demands and overly high level requirements, and buffs and changes to Pokémon base stats, abilities and types. The name of the game is that hopefully, you can use whatever Pokémon you like. The challenge the hack brings is six Pokémon rosters on most important trainers, a much sharper level curve, evolved Pokémon appearing earlier in the game, stronger movesets, the use of held items and more. The game has been built assuming the Exp. Share has been turned off and you're carrying 6 Pokémon around with you, so be sure to turn the Exp. Share off if you're only using 6 Pokémon and want an optimal experience! There are unfortunately no edits to the events that take place within the game as script editing is currently not possible on any games in gen 6, so this hack is purely for an enhanced in-game experience. I'm hoping that part of it should be quite enjoyable though. (The hack itself has been around since November 2015, but I hadn't really popularised it as I wasn't completely happy with how it turned out. Now that I've fleshed the changes out a lot more I felt it was ready to bring it to more attention.) Features > The wild Pokémon lists in each area have been entirely renovated with appropriate mixes of the 721 Pokémon available in Gen 6. Each area contains 10 or 11 Pokémon, with each having a 10% encounter rate (or two with 5% in the case of 11 Pokémon), with some earlier routes containing further species in hordes such as the starter Pokémon and Eevee. Most basic forms of Pokémon are available early, with everything besides legendaries (and Spiritomb) being available for capture before seven badges, but with a huge majority playable before even the fourth badge. Pokémon are usually seen in areas that are somewhat appropriate to them, so if you see a Pokémon in a particular environment in another Pokémon game, there's a decent chance you might find it in a similar environment in Hoenn. It is worth noting that not every Pokémon in the wild is able to be captured using the DexNav, as the DexNav screen is only able to support so many Pokémon. In these cases, Pokémon with more sought after hidden abilities are more likely to be available. > The rosters of every trainer in the game has been edited, now also pulling from the pool of every Pokémon. You'll see the majority of species at least once through the game if you fight every trainer, and their levels scale up much higher compared to before; OR/AS's main game saw levels going from 5 to 59/62, whereas RR/SS pulls it up with levels ranging from 5 to 79/81. The extra experience your Pokémon will gain from fighting more evolved Pokémon and trainers having more Pokémon in general will offset the level gap, letting you keep up with the game. > Special trainers such as the Gym Leaders, Elite Four and the rivals have gained extra modifications in the form of the strongest AI setting (where not already applied), the use of held items, stronger movesets, higher IVs and ideal abilities. Most of these trainers also have 6 Pokémon, with every Gym Leader, Elite Four, and even the team admins and leaders sporting a full roster in their final fights. In keeping with the original game, these trainers will still generally have their signature Pokémon ready to go, with new species brought in either from previous appearances or just being new altogether. Additionally, you'll find a lot of trainers will start using Mega Evolutions against you as to get later into the game. > The personal stats of many weaker Pokémon have been tweaked to give them a fighting chance against the stronger Pokémon in the game. Previous weaklings such as Butterfree, Parasect, Farfetch'd, Magcargo, Delibird and Kricketune now have points invested into their stronger stats to give them a particular niche in your team, although they may still fall off as you proceed! With one or two exceptions, no fully evolved Pokémon should have a base stat total below 440. > Type and ability changes have also been given to some Pokémon, with familiar faces from my old hacks such as Bug/Water Masquerain, Grass/Dragon Serperior and Fighting/Flying Farfetch'd being ready to rumble. The addition of Fairy-type also allows a few new changes to the table, with Pokémon such as Misdreavus, Dunsparce, Volbeat and Illumise sporting the new typing. In many cases, Pokémon with only one ability now gain their hidden ability as a normal second ability, and in some cases have entirely new abilities available such as Gale Wings Chatot and Pixilate Dunsparce. > The level up pools for almost every Pokémon have been shuffled to make them a lot easier to use throughout the game, in the same style as how some Pokémon such as Marill and Eevee received new level up sets in Black 2 and White 2. Level up pools have also been bolstered with the addition of moves ordinarily learned from TMs, HMs, previous generations or egg moves. In some cases, Pokémon have been given completely new moves, with stars such as Megahorn Pinsir, Moonblast Togekiss and Hurricane Sigilyph able to pull their weight. > Some attacks have been buffed, notably making Cut, Strength and Rock Smash a lot more usable throughout the game. Special attention has also been given to some of the weaker Fairy-type moves and the lacking special Rock-type moves, with stronger powers (at the cost of reduced effects) making them feel much nicer to use. > Evolutions have been modified so that no Pokémon needs to be traded in order to evolve. Pokémon with ridiculously high evolution levels (including but not limited to many of those from the Unova region) have also had their evolution levels reduced to keep up with the pace of the difficulty curve in the game. > Some Poké Marts and item stalls through the Hoenn region have been changed, now allowing you to buy evolution stones and items such as Dragon Scales and Reaper Cloths (now USEable from the item menu) and evolve the many Pokémon you can capture. Mega Stones for Pokémon whose are normally unavailable before beating the Elite Four can also be purchased in shops after gaining six (or for some, eight) badges. The prices of some items have also been adjusted, with Poké, Great and Ultra Balls becoming significantly cheaper and heavy costs added to Master Balls and Mega Stones. > Gift Pokémon and Static Encounters have been modified to fit their levels with the new curve as well as have some bonuses if you are able to use a modified CRO file. Highlights include guaranteed 31 IVs for any starters and fossils you receive, fighting Tornadus, Thundurus and Landorus in their Therian formes, and strong, 31 IV, hidden ability encounters when Soaring in the Sky. > Some text edits have been made in the game where needed for certain situations, such as the removal of Maxie or Archie's line about being the first aside from the player to use Mega Evolution and a heavy push towards the player to not use the Exp. Share. > Trainers in the Battle Resort now act as a "hologram system", allowing you to 'rematch' the Gym Leaders of Hoenn as well as fight trainers with teams belonging to characters from other regions such as Blue, Cynthia, and the Gym Leaders/Elite Four from the Kalos region. > Almost all changes are documented and split between five different documents, which can be consulted to find out more about anything you wish. This includes the exact changes made to any Pokémon, the wild Pokémon in an area and the details of rosters held by nearly every trainer in the game, with full information of moves, items and abilities given for important characters. Screenshots Open the spoiler below to see screenshots of Rising Ruby and Sinking Sapphire. Bugs > No (fixable) bugs known at present. > Some Pokémon may be seen on the very edge of the DexNav. This is a consequence of not being able to fit every wild Pokémon on there and not much can be done about it. Suggestions > Ice Punch for Blaziken. Credits > Project Pokémon: Project Pokémon was an invaluable resource when designing the hack, thanks to the pool of knowledge given by the regulars here. I have a special thanks to give to both Kaphotics and SciresM, both for their work on the amazing PK3DS and 3DS Builder applications as well as their research, and for talking to me and probably withstanding a few stupid questions I had to ask. Couldn't have done it without you guys. > Sylphate: Created the Rising Ruby and Sinking Sapphire logos inspired by the Omega Ruby and Sinking Sapphire versions. They look great! > Chevitile: For suggesting the Rising and Sinking prefixes for the hack, the suggestions I found I liked most. > Asia81: For the guide and precise instructions on how to perform the dumping and decryption process on 3DS games. > 3DS Hackers: The creation of exploits such as browserhax and menuhax is what allows hacks like these to be playable, and it never fails to amaze me how people manage to figure out exploits in these environments. It's hard to credit absolutely everyone who had a step in making the hacks playable, but I'd like to draw special attention to smealum and yellows8 for browserhax and menuhax, Plailect for the incredibly well written and detailed guide for A9LH installation, and AuroraWright for the hugely useful Luma3DS custom firmware. > Dio_Vento: The author of Rutile Ruby and Star Sapphire, another pair of OR/AS hacks. Having this threads around provided some tiny bits of inspiration for my own hacks, as well as showing me what the standard is for distributing the files related to the hack. Download The files for Rising Ruby and Sinking Sapphire can be found in -linked removed, as it contained files from the rom- . Basic instructions are given as to how to play the game in the Readme file. I would suggest using arm9loaderhax and Luma3DS with a CIA installation to get the best experience. Failing that, use HANS via the Homebrew Channel. A Gateway cart can be used but I would recommend against it unless you already own one and are feeling lazy. I plan to offer modified versions of some of the files with the new illegal stuff (new moves, base stat changes etc) ripped out but the more legit stuff like held item changes and level up moves from alternate legal sources left in. These aren't available yet unfortunately, but you can pick and choose which GARC files you'd like to bring in. Contact If you need to get in touch with me about the hack, whether it's about a bug, help or just telling me how you're going about playing the game, either post in this thread or to really get my attention, you can talk to me directly through tweeting at my Twitter account @Drayano60.

  7. Pokemon Origin Platinum V1.4 Hack developed by Lazerith Current Status: Working Attention: I have begun working on a second Pokemon hack, so unless a bug that needs urgent fixing occurs, I will probably not update Origin Platinum. For more details on my new hack, or if you have any other questions feel free to private message me. Summary: Pokemon Origin Platinum is a self-contained hack of Pokemon Platinum developed by Lazerith and inspired by the hacks by Drayano. Origin Platinum features the ability to obtain all 493 Pokemon without having to do any sort of events, trading, or going underground. Features: Pokemon Origin platinum includes the following features: Ability to catch all 493 Pokemon without the use of any outside source, while still being able to trade and battle with friends. Every non-legendary Pokemon can be caught before the elite four, and most added legendary Pokemon are located in post-game areas. Regigigas no longer requires having the Regis pokemon to catch, but has been changed to a fateful encounter so that it may allow the player to catch the other Regis Pokemon. Giratina now has Griseous orb held when you catch him. I know many people do not like the way he looks without it. I am one of those people. Items such as Metal Coat, which originally were given as a held item to allow a Pokemon to evolve by trading can now be used to evolve Pokemon in the same manner as the evolution stones. Pokemon that evolve by simply trading them now evolve at certain levels. Check the documents provided with the patch for more details. Wurmple now evolves into Silcoon/Cascoon based on its gender. Spiritomb no longer requires going underground and meeting 32 people to catch. Simply use the Odd Keystone where you normally would. Once a player has caught 492 pokemon, he/she will be given the Azure Flute by one of the residents of Sandgem Town. This item is required to catch Arceus. Catching Arceus is pretty much the goal of the game. Players wishing to make competitive teams using any fossil pokemon, spiritomb, or Pokemon that evolve via evolutionary items will now find that all fossils, odd keystone, and all evolution items are now sold in Veilstone Department Store. Event items such as Secret Key, Membership Pass, Oak's Letter, and Azure Flute are now given to you at certain parts of the game. The Super Rod is now given to you by Jasmine right after you beat the 8th gym. There are some pokemon that can only be, or are a lot more common when using the super rod. Check the Pokemon Locations document for more information. The game now features a second master ball. So don't fret if you accidentally use it. However, there are still only two in the game, so still use them sparingly. Many NPC's that used to say pointless, meaningless, and useless text have been changed to say references to various types of media such as Anime, Games, T.V. Shows, and Movies. See if you can find and understand them all. This is the one change that I have made that I didn't include a document. I figured that would ruin the fun. More details on these changes are included in the documents. Replayability: With the ability to catch every Pokemon, as well as all of the included references to look for, Pokemon Origin Platinum gives players a reason to talk to everyone and examine every object. Screenshots: Bugs: None as of now If you encounter any problems, please pm me or post a reply so that I can fix them as fast as possible. Most recent changes: Future changes: Future changes I plan on doing include but are not limited to the following More references will be included with every update. Currently, references are abundant in each town/city up until and including Eterna City. After that, they are sprinkled throughout the game. I want to make this part of the game be something that involves everyone, so please suggest references to put in. =] I am very busy, so the following future changes are merely an idea I plan on changing surf/fish pokemon to be the same levels as pokemon in the same and surrounding areas. I want to make low level Pokemon in post-game areas such as Turnback cave higher leveled. Credits: Drayano for walking me through what programs I needed, and how to use them. Taught me how to use hex editing for this hack, and helped me check and make balances to what wild Pokemon can be found where. Also for helping me make decisions throughout my time making this hack. Drayano's Blaze Black, Volt White, Sacred Gold, and Storm Silver were what inspired me to do this project, and without him, Origin Platinum would not exist. My girlfriend for making the Title image used in this post. Various friends of mine for helping me think of references to put into the game and looking for bugs. Tools used: PPRE CrystalTile2 TheNewPokeText Download links: The following links are where you can download the patch and documents. You will need to provide your own Pokemon Platinum rom and download xdelta to apply the patch. Rar: http://www.mediafire.com/download/qzswwobradcplec/Pokemon_Origin_Platinum.rar Zip: http://www.mediafire.com/download/348ldzrfwx4x4lv/Pokemon_Origin_Platinum.zip Recommendations: I highly recommend the following hacks developed by Drayano, who inspired and helped me make Pokemon Origin Platinum. All of the 920+ Pokemon in this save file are legal and will through Bank and HOME. Every pokemon that can legally be obtained as a shiny has its shiny form in the save file, the other pokemon are there in non-shiny form. 90% of the Pokemon in this save file were hatched/captured in USUM meaning that they can be used on battlespot. The first evolutions of almost all of the Pokemon will be level 1; the middle evolutions are often level 70. A majority of the final stage evolution pokemon are a smogon set. I hope this save helps some people out there. All of the complete 806 pokemon sets I could find online were either completely riddled with illegal pokemon, or all of the pokemon only knew 1 move; that is not the case with this save file. Enjoy ! 10. Pokémon Blaze Black 2 | Pokémon Volt White 2 Base Game: Pokémon Black 2 | Pokémon White 2 Current Version: 1.1 Last Updated: 11th November, 2012 Summary Pokémon Blaze Black 2 & Pokémon Volt White 2 are essentially the sequels to my Black & White hacks known as Blaze Black and Volt White. The usual rules with my hacks apply; the main feature is that all 649 Pokémon are available for capture somewhere in the game, and the trainers have all had their rosters changed in order to maintain a much harder challenge than the original game, as well as having an increased variety of opponents to fight. There's also a large amount of alternative features these hacks offer, which range from differences to the Pokémon themselves to the presence of a couple new TMs. If I'm not mistaken, these are also the first Black 2 and White 2 hacks on offer. Additionally, the two versions only differ in terms of their aesthetic differences, such as the appearance of Opelucid City, the title screen, etcetera. So basically, just pick whichever colour takes your fancy! Specific Features The wild Pokémon have been edited in each and every area of the game. Most areas now contain at least 8 Pokémon species, and in most cases, more! You'll be able to attain a complete PokéDex within the limits of the game itself, and the majority of Pokémon are available no later than the seventh badge, meaning you can form basically any team you want! There's a couple legendaries that you can't get until after the Elite Four, but aside from that... The rosters of almost all of the trainers in the game have been edited. The exception to this at present are the Dome trainers, as they aren't really necessary and there's no proper trainer editing tool available for B2W2 yet. This has also raised the level curve of the game, meaning you can expect to beat the first round of the Elite Four somewhere in the 70s levelwise. Most notably Gym Leaders, your rival and the Elite Four have all been made significantly tougher. Gym Leaders will also have differing Pokémon amounts depending on the mode you play; Normal Mode will have them with anywhere from 3 to 5 Pokémon, whereas Challenge Mode will pit you against a full team of six. The Elite Four and Champion also hold some surprises in Challenge Mode... There's been a large number of edits to Pokémon. These can include the level up moves they learn, the abilities they get, their compatibility with Move Tutors and TMs, and even their base stats. There's a document included that will tell you all you need to know. This also makes Dream World abilities significantly easier to obtain. However, if this particular point doesn't appeal to you, the Vanilla version of the hack cuts it out. Some attacks have also been edited, for example the Pledge moves having 100 base power or Cut now being a Grass-type move. This is also removed from the Vanilla version of the hack. There's also been some changes to evolutions. The majority of these involve editing the trade evolutions; in most cases you will now simply be able to 'Use' the item like an evolution stone - for example, using a Magmarizer on a Magmar to evolve it - to do what you would normally need to trade for. For those who evolve by trade but don't need an item, a new item called the Covenant Ore has been introduced and is available in several places through the game; it works like an evolutionary stone, so you're still able to evolve them at any time. Leafeon and Glaceon are now obtainable through new items known as the Woodland Ore and Frozen Ore, to get around their areas being postgame. Shelmet and Karrablast instead follow a Mantyke routine where the other needs to be in the party for them to evolve. Finally, some of the Unovian Pokémon such as Scraggy, Mienfoo and Larvesta have had reductions to their evolution levels to make them more usable in comparison to the older species. Items that you receive and find lying in the field have been changed considerably - this is generally done in order to bring almost all TMs available before the Elite Four are defeated. Notable changes include much earlier Flamethrower and Thunderbolt TMs, and even an Earthquake TM as early as the fifth gym! Doesn't quite beat Platinum, but it's close to. You'll also be able to find a lot of evolution items on the map somewhere, such as the Reaper Cloth, Up-Grade and Protector. A couple of the Poké Marts around the region have had some edits. Examples include the ability to buy Luxury Balls in Virbank City, Heart Scales and shards in Driftveil City, and any sort of evolution item you want in the Route 9 department store. There have been some text edits; a couple of these are sprinkled references, but for the most part it's to made the item changes make sense with the dialogue. In addition, Juniper's speech at the beginning has been changed; this is the tip-off that you've got the hack working correctly. One-time encounter Pokémon such as Cobalion, Virizion, Volcarona, Braviary etc. have had their levels raised in order to fit with the new level curve. In addition, there's also a much bigger variety of one-time encounters, mostly dealing with legendaries. Ever thought you couldn't find Articuno in front of Twist Mountain, or Kyogre within the Abyssal Ruins? Well, now you can! You'll be able to unlock a fraction of these around the eighth gym badge, then the rest sometime after the Pokémon League. Are you up to catching them all? Some of the trades within the game have also been edited, and given much better IVs. Players will now be able to trade for a Togepi, a Gengar and an Exeggutor before the Elite Four is dealt with. Note that any trades with Yancy and Curtis are not changed. New events have been added into the game. Apart from the aforementioned overworlds, there's also Gym Leader rematches outside the PWT, the ability to challenge Hoenn Leaders at various points in the game, Harlequins who will give out starters and even the ability to battle with Hilbert and Hilda! You'll also be given the keys for Easy Mode and Challenge Mode almost right at the beginning of the game! The Pokémon that appear within the Hidden Grottos around Unova have also been changed. This is a primary way to get the starter Pokémon that you don't receive, but also has a large assortment of other Pokémon. If you play the Vanilla version, this'll be important in order to keep your Pokémon on par! Most Pokémon with useful DW abilities will be present somewhere. There's also been some TM replacements. Say good-bye to Sky Drop, Quash and Struggle Bug, for they've now been replaced by Hurricane, Sucker Punch and Bug Buzz respectively. All of these changes are well documented in PDF guides that come with the download. If you want to know what's been added or changed, simply consult them! Screenshots There are plenty of screenshots on offer if you want to take a look! Simply open the spoiler. Credits Kaphotics: I cannot stress how helpful Kaph has been in the creation of this hack; he's been great as both an advisor and a researcher into the workings of scripts in the game. He also taught me a little about RAM editing, which made testing some things that much easier. His LUA scripting abilities were also great for figuring out file numbers and co-ordinates! Truly a saviour. likeicareusewe/kidisnice87: Another very helpful contributor to the hack, he along with one other person worked as my helpers for BETA testing. Thanks to him, a lot of the bugs that would have otherwise gone unnoticed were ironed out before release. A huge thank you! Lazerith: My other beta tester, who is also a Pokémon hacker himself (Pokémon Origin Platinum is his work). Again, thank you. pichu2001: The scripting knowledge he posted over at Project Pokémon's forums was exactly what I needed to start messing around with scripts. It's thanks to him and Kaph that I was able to get things like the legends working correctly. Pokegirl4ever: The Genesect overworld sprite used in the game is her work. knivez69: The logos at the top were made by him. They're the main people who helped with this one, but my thanks goes out to any supporters and the people who've helped me out and suggested ideas along the way! Bugs and Errors Keys unlocking will not be saved if you don't save your game before getting them. There's no way to fix this entirely, yet. The King's Rock will not currently work on Slowpoke, so Slowking is impossible to obtain short of catching it in the Wild directly. Poliwhirl, however, is fine. If you're desperate, insert this into a/0/1/9 using NitroExplorer. The Pokémon breeders aren't currently set with teams to help you EV your Pokémon. This isn't a bug per se, it's just an idea I meant to do that totally slipped my mind. Having it in the buglist should remind me to fix it, though! Version Updates Download YOU MUST HAVE ROMS WITHOUT ANTI-PIRACY PATCHES APPLIED FOR THESE PATCHES TO WORK! There are patches for both the Complete and Vanilla versions available in the download. The Vanilla version cuts out the changes to Pokémon such as stats, level up moves, abilities etcetera and the edits to the power and type of some Attacks. However, using the Vanilla version does not prevent compatibility with the three new TMs in the game. NOTE: You are able to use your 1.00 save file with 1.1. However, it will cause most of the new events (so all of the legendaries, the Veteran in Giant Chasm etc.) to appear immediately due to the changed flag numbers. You can always just ignore them (including Zapdos, who has a gap behind it), though a New Game will be required for everything to appear correct. This includes even if you've caught the legendaries before!

  11. This is more like a proof of concept than a ROM hack, the pokemon are added, but are currently not obtainable yet, use enc.lua to force an encounter with them. ROM base is clean Pokemon: Black Version 2. If you are having patching problems, verify ROM base with DS-Scene Rom Tool. Battle Animations OFF! Attemping to use a 6th gen move with battle animations on might freeze the game. 6th gen moves that boost stats, inflict a status, or do damage should work, mostly... but moves with specific effects like Sticky Web or Misty Terrain, will just fail. 6th gen Abilities do nothing at all. This AR code is required to play the hack. It modifies some of the game's code so the game can function properly with these changes. 52020478 000002C5 02020478 0000033A D2000000 00000000 5201E3A4 0000028B 0201E3A4 000002D3 D2000000 00000000 52033CE0 0000028B 02033CE0 000002D3 D2000000 00000000 52033CDC 00003584 02033CDC 00003890 D2000000 00000000 5201DDF8 80A84308 0201DDF8 46C04308 D2000000 00000000 Things to do Add Fairy graphic. 12. Have you ever wanted to re-battle boss fights from the evil organizations? Have you ever wanted to re-battle a Gym Leader without having to worry about calling them or meeting them on the right day, or whether or not they are in the Battleground Café? Have you ever wanted to battle a member of the Elite Four or a Champion without having to fight through the others first? Have you ever wanted to battle Gym Leaders from Hoenn in the 4th Generation battle mechanics? Have you ever wanted to battle these trainers on a balanced level 100 playing field? If you answered “Yes” to any of these questions, then take a look at Pokemon Showdown! Showdown is a twist on the old Gym Leader Castle mode from the Pokemon Stadium games which features 104 trainers from 4 different regions in 99 different battles. The goal: An HGSS ROM hack of the Battle Frontier, where key trainers hang around outside, waiting to be rebattled whenever you walk up to them. Most trainers will feature their rebattle teams from the Platinum Battleground or HGSS Dojo, but all will be at level 100. You use Pokesav/Pokegen/whatever to add your own level 100 team to challenge all of the trainers in any order at any time. There are no prizes for winning, it is just for the sake of battling. Description/Mini-guide Included Trainers: The majority of these trainers have been taken straight from their trainer data from their rematches on either Platinum (from the Battlegound) or HGSS (from the Dojo). Several teams were created from scratch with specific themes in mind, and most of the Generation III trainers' teams were based off of their respective rematch teams, but updated to fit better with Generation IV (physical/special split, weak moves replaced, etc). --February 15 Update-- -Version 1 Release- The first "final" version of Showdown is now ready. All trainers are in, all battle sprites work, and we've added an intro and title screen logo thanks to Poryhack. The released patch is for HG only, but I'll have one ready for SS when I get it working. Instructions: - Download and apply patch to a US ROM of HeartGold - Begin game, proceed to the point in-game where you receive a Pokemon from your mother. - Save and quit. - Edit your save file using Pokegen (or other software) to give yourself a team (you have no badges, so make sure your pokemon have your own OT/ID/SID so that they will obey you). - Trying to exit to the south will cause you to meet an NPC that will give you the Running Shoes and the Bicycle. - Speaking to almost any trainer will start a battle. - Your Pokemon are healed automatically after every battle, but consumable items (berries, Power Herb, White Herb, Focus Sash) are not replaced, so be sure to bring extras. Tips for a more enjoyable/challenging experience: - Set the Battle style to SET (not Shift). None of this "Trainer is about to send out a (x)"... makes it too easy. - Do NOT use items such as potions or revives. The Trainers in-game have none. - Using an advantageous type against a Gym Leader (ie, Electric vs. Misty) may prove to be far too easy against their mostly mono-type teams, so try to avoid using such types. - Try to see how many of the trainers you can beat using the same six Pokemon. - Bond697 has suggested setting your own Pokemon levels lower (90 or so) for a more interesting challenge. You will gain experience after each battle, but as there is no progress in this mod there is no need so save, so you can just reset the game to return to your original level. Things I'd like to include in a future update: - Automatic restoration of consumable hold items - Copying over battle music from Platinum - Reassigning/scripting Battle music for different battles/trainer classes (don't know how to do this yet) - Platinum trainers' "VS" battle introductions (don't know how to do this yet) - Changing the area music in the Battle Tower and Dojo (don't know how to do this yet) - Adding in in-battle text for Trainers from Plat who had such text (don't know how to do this yet) (any help with research on the above would be greatly appreciated) Special Thanks: Alpha for getting this project started, doing the primary scripting, and teaching me everything I know about ROM hacking. Poryhack for the header icon, intro screen, logo, and other image/design support. Codr for helping me get the last, custom battle sprites inserted. wraith89 and randomspot555 for suggestions on team design. SCV for help and support with pokeDSpic and PPRE. CuleX for putting up with me talking about this so much. Bond697 for some beta testing and awesome positive feedback. Archive/Original Post patchlink..txt

  18. Pokémon UnovaHGSS Rom info: Hack of: Pokémon SoulSilver (USA) (HeartGold will be supported at a later date) Language: English Current Version: Alpha v1.1 (goes up to Ilex Forest) Last Updated: 10th April, 2012 Summary UnovaHGSS is a hack of Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver that integrates the new fifth generation Pokémon from Black and White into the game. The new Pokémon are not meant to replace the original 251, rather, my intention is to have them alongside the original Pokémon. Not all Pokémon will be included in this hack – very few third and fourth generation Pokémon appear. To include the Unovian Pokémon, I had to replace existing Pokémon, so most third and fourth gen Pokémon are gone. This is my first actual hack, so I’m still new at this. The battle sprites for the new Pokémon are placeholders, simply taken from Black/White and put into the game until I create original sprites for them. All but a few overworld sprites for the new Pokémon were created through a community endeavor over at DeviantArt; I made a few myself, notably the larger Golurk sprite. Shiny Pokémon are also fully supported, in-battle and overworld. Features: -Every Pokémon from Unova will be obtainable in this game, alongside every first and second generation Pokémon! Some third and fourth generation Pokémon also available! -All Unovian Pokémon will follow you around for the first time! -Slightly increased difficulty – stronger trainers, wild Pokémon, etc. -More features will be added in future versions FAQ: Screenshots: Videos: (Might be loud - complete silence for a few seconds, then music starts) [YOUTUBE]dkB8NwL0xQ4[/YOUTUBE] Credits: Tools used: DeviantArt community – for making all the Unova overworld sprites. Link Chaos Rush – for his wonderful endeavor in creating resized sprites. I’m using the Reshiram and Zekrom in the game for now - Link Poryhack – for pointing me in the right direction for hex editing Pokémon icon palettes (whenever I learn how, I will make a program that will make editing the icons and palettes easier than hex editing them). Also thanks to Poryhack and the Project Pokémon community for creating a list of the HGSS File system - Link Stratocaster - for creating a guide on how to change every aspect of a Pokémon. This hack would not have happened without it - Link PokeCommunity – for giving me the desire to hack Pokémon games back in 2007 when I knew even less than I do now MediaFire – for continuing its services through this stupid anti-piracy craze… Bugs: Changelog: Downloads and Documentation: Link to patch and xdelta (used to patch the original rom) List of Changed Pokémon

Introduction Hello all! I've started this, as I've been getting quite a bit of Citra save requests rather frequently. Also, big thanks to @Ammako for coming up with this idea, as a way to deal with the horde of requests. How to use Start off by selecting the set you want. Each set will come with 4 folders, with choices of No Starter (not chosen yet), Chespin, Fennekin or Froakie. Use the images below on how to differentiate between Sets. Once a set is chosen, edit your Trainer's Name and Trainer's Nickname as you please. In Pokemon XY, your rivals give you a nickname. Here is where it's found here in PKHeX: I'll recommend changing your Trainer ID and Secret ID as well, and maybe give a nickname to the starter. This way, the game will feel personal to you. (if you do so, do remember to change the starter OT, TID and SID to yours) Closing Notes I've included a couple of bonus save files, which are stripped-down save post-game saves, varying from Set 1 to Set 6 (and then 2 extras). (It originated as a request, after one user lost their save file, and simply wants to experience post-game). On a separate note, I've previously been told that Citra tends to hang on choosing Kalos Starter and first battle with Shauna, so to counter that, the game saves that is provided with a starter already chosen, begins after Shauna's embarrassing loss. To proceed with the story, bring the Prof's Letter to your Mom, and your journey truly begins.. Update: For those with freezes after collecting the Town Map, I've made another save (Chespin chosen, but all 3 Starters are in that save) that has the Town Map collected.

  23. Pokémon SunGold & Pokémon MoonSilver Info: Base Rom: HeartGold & SoulSilver [uS] Release Date: March 29th, 2016 The idea of making this hack started for several reasons. Several months ago, I completed Drayano’s Blaze Black 2, which is, honestly, the best Pokemon game I’ve ever played, and this made me wanna try out his other hack of HGSS. Thanks to MeroMero’s tutorial on adding the Fairy-type to HGSS, I was so inspired and started to think about making an expansion for Drayano’s famous hack Sacred Gold & Storm Silver in which I’d not only put in the Fairy-type, update the moves, but also introduce some of my ideas about new attacks, Pokemon changes and the more balance and fascinating new Type Chart. At first I thought I’d just make a mini hack with not so much changes for myself to enjoy as soon as possible, but as I progressed, new ideas kept popping up so I add them to the game. Today, when my hack had ended up with a significant amount of changes in Pokemon, Moves and the Type Match-Ups, I share it with anybody interested in returning to the nostalgic but also full-of-novelty Johto region. Pokemon Changes: The main point of all changes is to bring out the potential every Pokemon from rarely-used to over-used so that players can use their favorite Pokemon in tough battles. That also means, not only weaker Pokemon are made better (with reasonable stat boost, new moveset,…) the commonly-seen ones are given new abilities, moves or even type to create a fresher experience. Some notable type change include: • Fairy-type Pokemon: Beside 20 Fairy pokemon in gen VI official game, there are additionally 13 suitable Pokemon receiving Fairy as their secondary type (e.g., Meganium, Mareep line, Milotic, Misdreavus, etc.). • New Dragon-type Pokemon: Charizard, Onix, Steelix, Sceptile and Huntail. • Other than that, some Pokemon have their type modified to match their appearance better (e.g., Gyarados – Water/Dragon, Seviper - Poison/Dark, etc.) and/or, hopefully, more competitively viable (e.g., Ledian – Bug/Fighting, Quilava & Typhlosion - Fire/Ground, Butterfree - Bug/Psychic, etc.). Starters are now more competent with new abilities, moves and type changes such as Venusaur with Thick Fat, Blastoise with Drizzle, Feraligatr with Shed Skin, Sceptile with Adaptability, or the Water/Ice-type Empoleon with Snow Warning. However, to maintain the balance in game evolution level are raise to 25 for 2nd stage and 46 for final stage Pokemon, whose Lv-up rates are also changed to slow. I think it’s great to spend more time in game with the 1st and 2nd stage Pokemon. All details are fully documented. Moves Changes: There is a total of 157 moves receiving changes in this hack. Generally, there are 3 levels of change: 1. Slight adjustments in terms of power or accuracy. 2. More significant revamps such as type or category changes (e.g., Pay Day is now a special Steel-type move with 65 power while its ‘bonus-gold’ effect is still there). These moves are indicated in bold in the document. • Rarely-used early status moves such as Tail Whip, Sand Attack, Smokescreen,… are now either special or physical damaging moves with their effects kept unchanged. Leer is now an early way to get items from wild Pokemon in the first routes since they may now hold some useful items. • Sonic Boom, Peck, Power Whip now hits 3 times in a row with their power double after each hit. 3. And lastly, 30 moves have been totally tranformed into new ones with new effects, type and power (although their animations are not changed). These moves are indicated in red in the document. Some notable groups include: • Draining Moves: Draining Kiss, Vampiric Bite, Vampiric Aura, Purification and Cold Embrace. • Raise-all-stat Moves: Sacred Fire, Primal Light, Nature Grace and Lucky Break. All moves from this group (including Ancient Power, Silver Wind and Ominous Wind) have had their power and effect chance boosted to 72 and 20%, respectively. Lucky Break is the only move in this group having an increased priority and it’s only available to the Lv-up movesets of low-stat Pokemon. • Cool-looking-but-rarely-used moves such as Blast Burn, Frenzy Plant, Storm Blast, Fissure, Mist Ball,… have been greatly revamped for competitive use as well as distributed to the Lv-up moveset of many relevant Pokemon. • Random Effect Moves (like Tri Attack): Dragon Breath, Void Vortex and Ghost Punch • Gen 5 and 6 similar moves: PowerUpPunch, Volt Switch, Steam Shower (same as Scald), and some Fairy-type moves. • And lastly, two ‘theme’ moves of this hack: Sunraze and Moonraze have also been distributed to the movesets of 29 suitable Pokemon. Check out the Pokemon Changes document to see which Pokemon can learn these new moves. In-game move description texts have also been changed to match the new effects. All details are carefully documented. Type Match-Up Chart: There is a total of 32 changes made in the type chart, which also has its own document. Overall, the idea is to, hopefully, further balance the game as much as I can while also considering the logical factor. Not all changes come from my personal experience. There are also ideas that I gathered from fans in many discussion threads and then selected the ones that make sense to put in the game. Notable changes are from the Fairy type. Offensively, Fairy is now s.e. against Dark, Ghost and Dragon; deals normal damage to Fire, Fight and Poison; and is ineffective against Normal, Grass and itself. To explain, I wanna turn the Fairy type into something ‘holier’ or more ‘sanctified’ so that it’ll fit better with the new moves such as Primal Light and Purification. And since fairies are supposed to be good creatures who protect nature, this type should deal less damage to Grass, Normal and itself. To balance the game, Fighting is now weak to Ghost and no longer resists Bug; and Ghost Pokemon are no longer weak to Ghost-type moves. Version Differences: While both versions had all the changes and add-ons I mentioned above, there are still defferences. In SunGold, you’ll play with the followings: • Original story of HGSS. • Randomized Wild Encounter (with similar strength to the original so that it won’t break the game). However, I’ve modified it so that the Kanto, Hoenn, and Sinnoh starters will appear at the first 3 areas in game, Route 29, 30, and 46, respectively. Isn’t this great for Nuzlocke Challenge? • Gym Leaders and Elite Four now all have mix-typed teams with increased difficulty and adjusted level curve. • Instant Text Speed And MoonSilver can be regarded as an expansion of Sacred Gold & Storm Silver since it maintains most of Drayano’s scripts. However, there are changes including the followings: • Most trainers and Leaders’ Pokemon now have their movesets updated with the new moves. • Gym Leaders’ Pokemon’s levels are slightly adjusted to further reduce the gap with player’s Pokemon’s levels. Falkner and Whitney’s first team now has 4 and 5 Pokemon, respectively, instead of 6. Some trainers as well as Gym Leaders have been given new Pokemon in their team, especially those who received substantial enhancement like starters. For instance, Lance (or Clair, I don’t remember clearly), who has the full-dragon team, now has one of his Dragonairs replaced with Sceptile, a new Dragon-type in this game. • The places where you received Kanto starters and Sinnoh starters by Quiz Masters have been swapped so that Piplup (Water/Ice-type) or Turwig (who now learns a rock-type move very early) can assists you in the battle with Falkner. There is also a slim chance that you’ll now encounter Bulbasaur/Charmander/Squirtle in the morning/day/night at the very first place to catch wild pkm, route 29. • Cynthia now gives you a Castform instead of an Eevee since I think having one of the eeveelutions (whose stats are too high for early game) would likely make the game less challenging. Don’t worry, you’ll still be gifted an Eevee later by Billy at Goldenrod City. • A note for those who’re playing this version, when you’ve progressed to Route 43, where an additional event of Drayano (which is indeed very cool) about Team Rocket taking over the Safari Zone takes place, remember to save often since the game may crash at any moment. Other than that, I’ve never had that kinds of issue in this game. 25. Introduction Hey guys! I am Zephyros and I want to announce to you my first Pokemon Project (no pun intended)...Pokemon Spirit Silver! This is a hack made by yours truly, Zeph (me!). So a bit about myself. I love messing around with video games and I love messing around with Pokemon because I get to do a lot of things that I wish could've happened in my regular play through as a kid. I loved playing Pokemon and I still do so to show my love I decided to hack my favorite game...Soul Silver! I personally found that Soul Silver had so much potential but so little usage of that potential. I hated how the leveling curve was absolutely horrendous, the levels of the wild Pokemon were terrible, the trainer's Pokemon were terribly leveled. (I got more experience from wild battles than trainer battles.) So I took it upon myself to revamp Soul Silver and provide a more entertaining game in the forme of a hack...Spirit Silver. Story The story is the same. You thwart Team Rocket. Obtain the legendary, Lugia. Beat the 16 Gym Leaders and fight Red. Beat the game...ya know. The usual. However, it's more or less the experience that I have revamped. Although as time goes along, you can expect an update to the game with a few additional storylines... Features [The Experience] - All 451 Pokemon are available in this game. (Wild Grass, Water, Etc. + Legendaries which will be obtained from various events scattered through Kanto/Johto) - Pokemon that evolve by trade have now been changed to evolve in a different manner. [Level up, item usage, etc.] (I will eventually release a TXT file disclosing all the evolutions and how to achieve them) - Pokemon Movesets have been updated to Gen V (or may even be updated to GEN VI) - Wild Pokemon Encounters have been updated - Gym Leaders and Trainers have been updated. [Higher Levels, More AI, More challenges, More fun, Different Pokemon, More Fun!] - All events (Pichu event, Celebi event, etc.) are being implemented into the game - New/Different Storylines may be implemented - Red's not so much the same anymore on top of that lonely mountain... - The Kanto Gym Leaders have been gotten rid of. They have been replaced by an even more challenging, ruthless, and fearless group of leaders who aren't afraid to tear your world down... Progress I have done everything up to the second gym. I will update this post as I go along. Now. Don't expect a beta to come out soon however if you want to beta test this game then by all means send me a message. I am considering putting up a beta after the fourth gym...otherwise known as the Goldenrod Gym. I am putting content onto this game as much as I can with the time available. I just need to know how to specifically edit Professor Oak's intro text, mugshots/back sprites, and a bit of scripting help. If anyone can provide this to me...then you will be credit so much, I wouldn't be able to describe my gratitude. Everything up until ILEX FOREST is just about done! Yay! I'm actually considering to add a few more potential events but other than that you can expect a playable BETA in the next two weeks! If you want to see more progress. Head on over to my channel on Youtube: ZephyrosDS where I will post updates, trailers, and other info concerning my game. As well as tutorials for those who are interested to join Gen IV hacking. Credits - PPRE: For most of the work done in this hack. From trainers, to scripting, to wild encounters, to items. This has been the one most important utility in my arsenal. - KazoWar: For developing BTX Editor which I could not have lived without. - Project Pokemon: For help on my hack and all the help I will need in the future.

  26. Pokémon Kanto/Orange Rom Base Hello ProjectPokémon! It's been a while since I've been through hell and back. Lost all my tools and old NDS projects when I halted development. I can assure you all I'm back for real this time and even more focused than ever. Will be moving into HGSS Rom instead of continuing with BW/B2W2 Roms because who doesn't love a Pokémon following you! So whats the plan and goal before Summer starts? Finish Mapping all the Islands of the Orange Archipelago Spriting Orange Islands OWs Fix all warps, events, OWs and glitches around the Kanto I messed up. Fix and re position Flying on the Map. Creating scripts to enable travel around the islands in Blimps or Boats. (Don't ask if ya can surf around because that'll kill me making more maps) New Intro and starting place Important stuff I'm finished with A Whole New Orange Archipelago Matrix System Island Names appear in the game now but some 3D Maps haven't been created yet 3D Interiors and Outdoors (It doesn't look weird at all #NotOneBit) The New Matrix System I'll be using New Island from the Pokemon Movie (Not close looking but really we just need a castle/tower) In-Game of the empty Island I'll be seeking people who can script/event edit/ and love messing with the Text editor in Spiky DS Map only once I'm finished making the maps of all islands. Most of all I can't really design any of the Islands myself since I can only google the anime version of each Island. So I'm asking you all to make maps using GBA tools of each island and post them up. It'll give me ideas to make them into 3D Models easier without having a hard time thinking how I should make each map. Just don't make Valencia Island because I'm working on it. Tools and Thanks Spiky DS Map Editor 1.9.0 thank you Spiky-Eared Pichu ;P <---- I miss this guy! MKDS Course Modifier(Latest) thank you Gericom! BTX Editor thank you KazoWar! Google Sketchup 2016 thank you Google! FluidImporter Plugin for Sketchup HxD Hex Editor Yes this really is all the tools you need to make maps and Import them.. P.S. Also if anyone ask of course I can make maps in NDS Roms...it's quite simple once you get the hang of it

  29. ポケットモンスターアクアサファイア Game Info Hack of: Creator: Team Fail Remake of Pokémon Sapphire version (GBA) Storyline One morning, you go to meet a girl next door and you learn that her father is the local professor. While exploring the town, you hear some shouts and yells from down the road. You go to see that the Professor is being attacked by a Wild Pokémon! A leads to B, and that Professor you saved ends up giving you that Pokémon! With your mom having your back, you set off on your own Pokémon adventure! On your journey, you will meet friends new and old, and you will end up discovering things that not many people know of... The history of the Hoenn region. In it's flesh and blood. Pokémon Aqua Sapphire is a remake of the Hoenn region using the fabulous Nintendo DS engine! Re-live all your favourite moments in the Hoenn region in 3D! Videos HVynm7MvDNs Yes. Desmume's lag allowed me to TAS that menu. It is also slightly outdated. t-GPlKZB7Xw This is almost complete, minus music. That needs to be sequenced, looped and inserted. PNMT_htLAcU This is a test for a new script. I'm leaving it for speculation. PAWg7GaJF7c For all of you that thought it was Lyra, you're sooooo wrong. Awards None yet! Releases (Beta V1): Not yet. Unknown release date as of yet. Possibly August. Beta V1 will contain a playable demo of Littleroot Town. It is currently unknown what content this beta will and will not have, because the certainty of some of the content is up in the air. To Do's Well, there is a small list. So, let's get started. Music: I am getting remixes together, but I need looping to be done (If you want to, you can apply!). Other than that, music is pretty much covered, besides one song. Once I get to music, I want to hold a contest for that. Sprites: I have someone getting these done. Look in the credits for who. Graphics: Same as above Scripts: I have that covered mostly. Trainers: This is where you come in. Once I can have more access to edited maps, I want to have a small contest. I won't start it yet, but once it is done, I want to have all of you in the Battle Tower. What is remaining? Implementing Rival's house, lab, and some more home scripts. Music Graphics Silly typos and fixing textboxes Screenshots Music What's On TV? Littleroot Town Rival's Battle Welcome To The World of Pokémon! Use Banners -Courtesy of Pink Typhlosion -Courtesy of Pink Typhlosion -Courtesy of Tan and Teal Team Team Fail- Mapping, scripting, sequences and (some) graphics Innovator- Graphics giradialkia- Support Credits Link_971 for his astounding map editor, and for helping me with what it couldn't do. Innovator for graphics and sprites. SCV for the most amazing PPRE. Cilerba for the CSS Rin Okumura for posting this on PHO's front-page news! Nintendo for the wonderful base and graphics. kimba616 for the public Kris sprites Me for making this. Let me know if I am missing someone. FAQ Q: WHEN IS THERE A RELEASE!??!?! A: Please don't rush me. DS Hacking is much harder than it looks, especially when it comes to music and maps. Q: How will you implement Dive? A: I am stuck between 2 options: Marine Cave, or ASM/Tile permissions. I will decide when the time arises. Q: What do you mean by "Friends new and old?" A: We'll see about that... I can tell you this much: It's going to tie up a loose end in the series. Closing Notes I am wanting to make this hack and I have been planning it since last year, so I think it's about time I presented it to the community. IT IS NOT MEANT TO BE LINEAR to the original games. I hope to have this released soon. Keep a sharp eye out here! I also know that I am very inactive here, but I want to show this to people to show what is and what isn't possible.

  30. ~~Pokémon Nightmare Black 2~~ Hack of: Pokemon Black 2(Pokemon Bliss White 2 will be coming out when V1.0 of Nightmare B2 comes out) Current Version: Beta 2.0(Public Beta 1, although I am actualy nearly at full version 1 in actual editing but in terms of uploading I havn't updated the download link in a while) Last Updated: May 25th, 2013 ~~What is this hack/Welcome~~ Pokemon Nightmare Black 2 is a hack where instead of making every pokemon available, I make a patch of amazing pokemon available every route, although not overpowered. And the main thing about this game is how it delivers its difficulty(which is quite high) in different ways at the same time, mainly gym leaders for example; have AIs at starting with 165 for Gym 1 DAYUM! and combined that they have the top quality pokemon like standard sets for some pokes and annoying sets for others or just powerful sets for some, combine that with the fact that they don't just have for example "water/flying then water/ground" for Gym 1, he has the newly made into Water/Dragon Dratini with dragon dance and a good attacking set! Combine that with the fact that the levels are no joke and this hack will be a trip to hell yet a glorious glimpse at heaven after you beat a gym without losing a pokemon. ~~Features/Progress~~ Beta as a whole(only goes up to your first Colress Battle) Trainers(up to Colress)(including gyms and their sprite changes)-92%(Missed one trainer in the begining battling(route 20) route and the castelia sewers runts) Wild Edited Pokemon-85%(Missed the castelia outside and sewers) Editing of the pokemon- 95%(missed route 4) Editing pokemon movesets- 25%(only got starters and route 1) ~~Screenshots~~ ~~Credits~~ KazoWar- His tools changed this hack so much especially in terms of spriting and trainer editing The Creators of PRC(I will find their names/usernames later)- Their rom editor changed this romhack so much , 75% of this hack wouldn't have been able to work without PRCs help, especialy with move edits like Lunar Dance. Drayano60- For giving me inspiration and giving me an example to look at(BB2 VW 2) you sir(@ DRAYANO) are a BOSS, I hope you see this, if not , ok. Kaphotics-The inspiration I had to make it in Gen 5 with him to look up to as a fellow Rom hacker and his hacks to see to see that if he can do huge scripting events like the Chargestone Cave HACKED vid then I can make a small editing hack(although very different in skill as he far surpasses me) And Last but not least Nintendo, it's pretty obvious why LOL. ~~Closure and Notes~~ Well I hope you enjoy this beta and future installments of this hack and possibly other upcoming hacks from me after this if I end up enjoying this, also there is no documentation for this beta since I want people to make new discoveries on their own. Also the gym leaders names will be changed to fit with the new list of leaders for this game next update and the protagonists sprites will look different; different design too obviously . Anyway I hope you enjoy this hack that is all from Oiawesome for today unless I can get the next update done under 1 hour and 11 minutes which would be impossible lol.Anyway I hope you enjoy~~ Patch Link:https://www.dropbox.com/s/jm085vuj7eyejfk/Pokemon%20Nightmare%20Black%202%28Beta%202%29.rar ~~Help could be useful~~ Hey guys I have one more thing to add: Help could be useful; as I need a little help with making non animating trainer sprites and editing scripts like for instance Cheren giving you work up; I did pretty much all of the hacking so far with no help from anything exept the tools so yeha it is not going to be the fastest thing; Things that you can help with or volunteer help if you want: - Script Editing like Gym leaders giving you an item - Editing/finding where in the damn PPTXT I could find the list of Gym leader names for battle/trainer names for battle so I can edit gym names for this hack - Making non animating Trainer sprites/making sprites not animate

  31. PokeJoke DS Summary: PokeJoke DS is a parody of Pokemon games. It is a hack of Pokemon Diamond. The main difference between this and the original game is the text. Nearly every line is different. Because of this, you should actually talk to everyone. If you do not talk to people, it would be very similar to the original game. The differences in text include dialog, Pokemon names, move names, item names, town/route names, etc. There are also some slight differences in the maps and sprites. So far, I have: Renamed all of the gen IV Pokemon Renamed a few of the gen I, II, and III Pokemon Changed some of the moves Changed the storyline (The different storyline will become much more apparent later in the game.) Completed editing Twinleaf Town Completed editing Sandgem Town Completed editing Jubilife City Completed editing all routes up until Oreburgh Gate Added an Easter egg to Twinleaf Town Todo: Rename all remaining Pokemon Change most of the moves Complete editing the rest of the story/world Add more Easter eggs Download Demo: An xdelta patch can be downloaded HERE. It requires an untouched Pokemon Diamond USA/ENG rom as the source file. EDIT: This patch is v2, which fixes grass in some houses and a few broken dialogs. Download Full Version: Sorry, but there is no full version currently available. Screenshots: Known Glitches: If you find any glitches, please notify me of them. The invisible wall at the end of the demo is NOT a glitch. It is there to mark the end of the demo. Other Info: I originally started this project back in 2009 under the name Nu11iFy. Now, my most common username is Razema. The project was discontinued, but I have restarted it. The initial thread can be viewed HERE. I am currently locked out of my old Nu11iFy account, so I cannot remove the old thread.

  32. On the 5th Tab in PokeGen (OT/Msc) there is a section called 'Extra bytes.' Certain Flags needed for Pokemon Generation can be set with these. What I have found so far Byte 66 (0x42) - Set to '1' for 'DW' (Dream World/Hidden Grotto) Flag on Abilities Byte 66 (0x42) - Set to '2' for "N's Pokemon" Flag Byte 66 (0x42) - Set to '3' for "N's Pokemon" Flag with 'DW' (Dream World/Hidden Grotto) Flag on Abilities Byte 135 (0x87) - Set to '1-255' for PokeStar Fame (not sure where shiny animation starts, 255 max) Got any others that you know? Post them and once I verify them I'll add them to this list!
