The method for launching PKHaX has changed. Download pkhax.bat and put it in the same folder as PKHeX.exe, then run it.

Giovanni-Make money off of pokemon. Archie/Maxie- Expand the sea/land depending on your game. Cyrus-Wants to gt rid of the universe to create a new one. Ghetsis-Wants to free pokemon from civilization and rule the world. Lysandre-Wants to destroy the world and make a new, like Cyrus. Guzma-Make money off of Pokemon. Honestly, Team Plasma wins it for me. Ghetsis and the teams goal was different from others and I think that freeing pokemon from civilization isnt exactly evil. Of course, he manipulated N and his daughters, crowning N a "king" and betrayed his team in gen 5's sequel, and of course, the most controversial, trying to kill a 10 year old girl/boy. But hey, its better than making money off of pokemon.

I've been playing around with Pokemon Black the last few days trying to get the gym leaders Pokemon. Since I don't know the offset of the opponents Pokemon in the RAM during battle I decided to mess around with the AR code and try to modify it to catch the Pokemon that aren't in the first slot of the opponents team. After you try to launch it, a button will appear there (where you took the screen cap, in settings) that says something along the lines of "launch anyway" you will have to hit that in order to launch it as PKHeX is from an unidentified developer.

yes correct! In the birthday mon instance, correct. In most instances, they follow game save language. There are outliers. (have a look at the summary format I made, to compare the differences) Example 1: Lillie's Vulpix has a Japanese preset Nickname, however its language tag will still the game save. Example 2: Hyadain's Landorus has a preset Nickname, and language tag will be forced to be Japanese Example 3: Ash Greninja nickname set to follow game save, however language tag is forced to Simple Chinese. Correct. If the Pokemon's event is originally a locked out region event, that is when the region details have to be changed. the language details may not necessarily matter. For example, even for a locked Japanese serial code event, it could very well have its nickname and language tag set to English, as in Pokemon XYORAS SMUSUM, you can choose what language to play as from the beginning. (so you can play English language on Japanese console)

That's technically not how it works. OT follows whatever OT that is preset to the wonder card. Read back through this thread, I’m sure you’ll find a solution. It seems like a common nuisance. ********** As far as installing .NET Framework 4.6, you don’t actually install it on macOS. Open wine. And then.... then... then... finally, launch the PKHeX.exe

I vote Archie. He has good intentions (despite it not exactly turning out like he planned), and his entire org seems like a laid-back family, especially compared to that robot Maxie and his league of minions. In second place is Giovanni, because he never seems to go away for long. In the anime, Team Rocket is as strong as ever (ignoring Jessie/James/Meowth). Did somebody say "Team Skull"? These guys came first, after all.

I would like to point out that there maybe an issue with the Togepi since Tri-Attack is a Pokemon XD exclusive move and the only Togepi that can use the move is the one you purify from XD.

I didn't realize its a Wonderguard Arcanine. Any Pokemon with impossible moves or abilities cannot be traded online. (Blocked by the server, basically) Besides, while Wonderguard burn-up Arcanine may not be affected by direct damage, pretty sure Battle Tree can still Toxic + PP stall you... (maybe Heal block) (yes you have Rest, but that's down to PP stall. As long as opponent one more toxic than you, your strat may break down.) In any case, since you've expressed no interest in hacking your 3DS, and no one will be able to trade the Pokemon to you, I'm locking this thread.

PKHeX can unlock all clothing in the Trainer Editor. Hair cosmetics, nobody has researched afaik.
