  1. Not 100% sure; could be an error in this site's Event Gallery. Looks like a fixed gift data is being uploaded (soon) @theSLAYER

  3. I got almost all of them except Jellicent (I have a lv6 for the moment) and Seismitoad. I can correct many things: -in gen 2 Granbull is at level 15 -in gen 3 there is no lv5 Golbat but a lv5 Gyarados to get -in gen 4 lv10 Quagsire surfing the twin cave -in gen 5 lv11 Magneton from Hidden Grotto special event -in gen7 lv11 Kadabra, Drifblim from Pelago -in gen7 lv15 SOS Shelgon from Kala'e Bay and so much more that I forgot in DPPT...

  5. I have a "small" contribution. I'm currently digging through Pokemon Battle Revolution, hoping to find an unused wondercard or something like that. Unfortunately I haven't found anything so far and it doesn't look like I will. Anyway I noticed Battle Revolution Items are not in our gallery yet. Though I've seen the English ones somewhere a few year ago (not sure if it was here), but I've never seen the other languages. Well they are just items...but after all they are still wondercards! I dumped them right from the game data (PAL version). They can be found in the menu_shop.fsys file after decompressing it. Included are the following items (I left out the pkm since we already have them all): I would upload them to the gallery as a package only. Pokemon Battle Revolution Items ENG.zip Pokemon Battle Revolution Items FRA.zip Pokemon Battle Revolution Items GER.zip Pokemon Battle Revolution Items ITA.zip Pokemon Battle Revolution Items SPN.zip

  6. To me, Project Pokémon is, first and foremost, a community about researching Pokémon and collecting events. There's nothing to be gained from joking answers when someone asks a question about how some game mechanic works; it's annoying at best and causes actual confusion at worst. The tone of the forums matches the nature of the topics at hand. Additionally, I understand if you feel that staff are being a tad too professional, but excessive friendliness may also be very uncomfortable. That feeling of uncomfortableness may expand rapidly into the territory of feeling sexually harrassed as well; people can and will be easily offended or feel sexually harrassed. The less opportunities for that to happen, the better, I'd argue. I believe I speak for everybody if I say that avoiding insinuations of sexual harrassment, justified or not, should be a priority of all staff members. That aside, not choosing a serious tone carries the risk of the message not to reach the recipient because they think they needn't take the message seriously. I find the recent trend of corporations and other groups to be faux-friendly rather annoying. A prime example is Discord Inc., who seem to feel the need to add memes to everything. The latest corporate blog post was written by Nelly, "Chief Robot Hamster. Eater of cheeses. Maker of boops." I believe it's rather obvious that this trend becomes quite tiresome after some time. I am absolutely not just a bitter old man who's become so much of a cynic that people having fun around him annoys him already.

  7. Yup, the Japanese game discs. When scanning them on a JP 3DS, the respective Pokemon will become "seen" in your Pokedex, and you get 20 Points instead of the usual 10 Points, for scanning a QR code. (referring to points used in the daily Island Scan feature) The collection is more for novelty sake since, if they are not in Alolan Dex, you can't tell that you registered them, but if you don't own them, it'll save time on the GTS. (search by alphabet, rather than typing out the entire name) Also, we don't know if they intend to add the National Dex to USUM. (If they do, it may come in useful)

  8. I no longer have any to test but I seem to remember something similar of the sort. Something about the data being handled differently and you couldn't really trade between then. I might have tried with English and Japanese gen 1 games back in the day.

  9. Here is my Japanese Pokemon Soul Silver save with all of the event Pokewalker Pokemon. They're all 100% legit. I caught them all myself using my Japanese Pokewalker (R.I.P). I can't get anymore because it went through the washing machine earlier this year and I've been too afraid to lose my English ones and sidetracked to buy another Japanese one. JpSoulSilverPokeWalkers.sav Edit: I was using my English Pokewalkers and sending Pokemon to my Japanese Soul Silver so there might be non-event courses in there. When I get back into it, I'm going to work on unlocking every course and then just working my way down the list and getting a complete personal set. This box, the first 2 Pokemon are marked as illegal. Which is BS. I obtained these Pokemon myself and PKHeX lists a legit move as illegal. Looks like the Pokewalker legality checker isn't quite there yet?

  11. Surely one of the last SM event (with the TCG Charizard in October and Movie Marshadow outside of Japan in November).

  12. Okay, I do hope it's just rly poketransporter's fault. I'll leave an update once it worked, thanks again!

  13. I'm not sure what's the problem, but I feel as though the problem is on PokeTransporter's end, since I was already to import them. I guess the only way is for you to have a box of them, and see which one is allowed through.

  14. @Kaphotics There is an announcement for VC GS in korea: http://www.pokemonkorea.co.kr/VCGS/ I would agree that it'll be kinda of a hassle. At least Korean Encoding for Gen II is already documented. Also, the Korean save structure is similar to the ENG games, and as a result, they are able to trade without corruption. (Just traded from Silver KOR to Red ENG yesterday) [of course I do not know if it'll be incorporated into VC]

  15. Uh.. sorry, I don't like Minions that much.

  16. It's pretty much confirmed that VC G/S will not have Korean games (no announcement for korea), thus is there really a need to have it incorporated to PKHeX? There'd be a lot of required things: Different character table (strings) Different item/species/etc names (strings) Prevention of loading to VC1/Gen7 games Mixing in a 3rd set of offsets Korean G/S would be locked to itself, so I don't see a need to support it in the multi-game editor (pkhex). Maybe a separate program / fork of PKHeX is best? Korean G/S is essentially a rom hack

  19. @Jovie I just did a test. Interesting enough, I managed to transfer 2: Both at lv 68, both untouched (one KOR and one ENG). Oddly enough, the Lv 100s one didn't transfer (KOR and ENG). (levelled using PKHeX, if that matters)

  22. Since you asked; I believe that most people on here are serious; they're serious about their contributions and take-aways from the site. And that's a great thing! At the same time, there are some people that are not serious/thoughtful enough. Sometimes the most friendliest/kindest thing you can do is to check someone. Its obviously up to you on how you choose to handle your emotions in that situation. People commonly read or search for intention and tone in text. I find that if a text reply is vague or ambiguous the meaning of the message could be lost due to the lack of emotional restraint from the recipient of that message. However, since we are in this section of the site: Rick and Morty is freaking awesommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmme! Season 3 on now, watch it! (in Rick's voice)

  23. What's the point of undertaking the ribbon master journey if you're just going to hack your Pokemon? I got lucky and got a Bold Suicune in 1 attempt. You can get a time flute before you encounter it. So you can save before the battle, use the time flute to purify it and check it's nature. If that's too much work for you, you probably shouldn't even bother with a ribbon master because it's a TON of work. PKHeX or the Colosseum/XD: Save editor would work best if you want to edit your Colosseum Suicune. It does make a difference which game you do it on. The battle tower in Ruby/Sapphire is much easier than Emerald. You also need a game with a working internal battery if you intend to blend your own Pokeblocks. But if you're fine with cheating, might as well give yourself max contest stats. As long as it's not so overly-hacked that the terrible GameFreak legitimacy checkers don't catch it, you should have no trouble migrating it to the current gen games. You're going to need to complete Colosseum to trade your Suicune over to Ruby/Sapphire and a GameCube to GBA cable. (Unless you're doing this on emulators. Then just use Triggers PC to move it) You'll need a complete gen 4 save to migrate from gen 3. Again, unless you're using an R4 or have CFW or whatever. Lately I've been using PKHeX to inject Pokemon into my R4 saves and trading them over to my legit carts to migrate them because migrating from gen 3-4 sucks. You'll need a complete gen 5 save to migrate from gen 4 and to migrate to gen 6. You're going to need 2 complete gen 6 saves. X or Y and OR or AS. And a complete gen 7 save. Your ribbon master doesn't need a good nature or IV's to complete the journey. As you can see with my E-reader Scizor. My Suicune below. Good luck on your journey. As I said, it's a TON of work. But it's all worth it in the end.

  24. I have no idea what you're talking about. I hate being serious. I'm only serious when I have to be. My goal here is to to be an asset where possible. Being a videogame collector puts me in a somewhat unique position. I have access to a ton of stuff most people don't care to own or can't track down. I like to be the guy who can get stuff nobody else can. Right now I'm working on beating Colosseum in German so I can get the un-released Colosseum Pikachu and Agate Celebi in German and the second set of German E-reader mons using official hardware.

  25. @Ruby Genseki I agree. Listen to this: P.S. Minion version to add to friendliness factor.
