  1. The once a day flag is stored in the wonder card. so it's possible to redeem, export save, import prev save, then export save with second wonder card, so on so forth.

  2. PKHeX for Mac Made with Wineskin Welcome to PKHeX for Mac Discussion thread! Please post here if you need help or are experiencing issues related to this Wineskin wrapper, and use the PKHeX Support forum for issues related to the program. This is a Mac App that was made using Wineskin; it is not a port of PKHeX onto the Mac operating system. With Wineskin, we can recreate an environment where executable files will launch on Mac. As far as what is known, all features in the original program work in this wrapper. There are a few differences though. PKHeX for Mac is styled with MacOS. Also, the app's icon is different from the original PKHeX program to better fit in with the theme of the app. Download Credit to Kaphotics Source: https://projectpokemon.org/home/files/file/1-pkhex/ Issues with Wine and PKHeX? 3. Status : Incomplete / In progress Edit 1 : Method 1 is complete (maybe in the future I will make small edits, like adding tips or a couple of additional examples) Edit 2 : Method H is complete (as stated above, future alterations are possible) Hello ! In this thread, I will try to show you how to RNG abuse in 3rd Gen (R/S/E/FR/LG) using an emulator. RNGing in emulators has many benefits, like save states, speed boosts, memory viewing and the ability to use lua scripts (which will be used very extensively in this tutorial). The guide will focus on 3 basic methods : Method 1 (for static, starter and gift pokemon), Method H (for wild pokemon encountered in tall grass, caves, while surfing/ fishing etc.) and the method to breed pokemon in Emerald. Regardless of the method you want to choose, there are certain tools you need to have : Other things to note : 1) Method 1 2) Wild Pokemon (Method H) 3) Pokemon Breeding RNG (Emerald focus only) I hope this guide will help you ! Pokemonstats lua script : http://forums.pokemonspeedruns.com/viewtopic.php?t=314 There are instructions to use it on this site, apart from the dl link. 4. That's correct. Actually there's no difference between US and PAL Ruby/Sapphire.

  6. Thank you for the information! I use macOS 10.12.x (latest version). I am able to run/wrap PKHeX.exe without any issues. Things you should to do trouble shoot on macOS Sierra: move PKHeX app to the application folder. That is a known solution. If that does not work then right click the PKHeX app - show package contents - locate the "info.plist" file - right click -get info, then check your permissions. Change them to read/write, etc. Keep me updated and thanks

  7. I would agree that having screenshots on how to get it to work from different platforms certainly would help.

  8. Here are the Festival Plaza Downloadable Regulations 012, 013 and 014 for all languages ready to use for the ExtData! Also included is an older version of the WCS17 rules which I assume should be 011 if they use ongoing numbers. It was available only for a short time and was then removed due to an error. The PGL Tournament need proper naming, they are still named as they are on the server. But the size is already padded to 64KB. Festival Plaza.zip PGL Tournaments.zip

  10. I can't imagine how to help you right now. If you're still concerned about the Pokemon (that is stuck in a save you can't extract), Trade it to a friend, then get it back. It would fix the Latest Current Handler (the game writes to it)

  11. I wonder how the store itself distributes the pokemon. As for once a day gifts, it's an existing flag that is used, as seen on the Vulpix Icy Items

  12. Here are the savestates. I've included a readme about how to use them and how to use VBA to change OT/TID/SID. They are for japanese emerald, of course. Flawless_Mew_savestates_japEmerald.zip EDIT: Also, I've looked into clearing the flags for the static encounters via a wondercard script, and so far it worked fine for rayquaza, a regi and mew. I'm not sure if I feel like searching for groundon/kyogre right now, but I'll see if just clearing the encounter flag is enough for the event to be re-played. REBATTLE FLAGS -------------- 0x1BB : Player has encountered Regirock 0x1BC : Player has encountered Regice 0x1BD : Player has encountered Registeel 0x1BE : Player has battled Kyogre 0x1BF : Player has battled Groundon 0x1C0 : Player has battled Rayquaza 0x1C1 : set after voltorb pokeball new mauville 0x1C2 : set after voltorb pokeball new mauville 0x1C3 : set after voltorb pokeball new mauville 0x1C4 : set after electrode pokeball new mauville 0x1C5 : set after electrode pokeball new mauville 0x1C6 : Player has battled Sudowoodo Battle Frontier 0x1C9 : Player has encountered Lati Southern Island 0x1CA : Player has battled Mew 0x1AD : Player has battled Deoxys Source: https://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?t=330008 (the flags are the same ones for any game region, unlike AR codes which are ROM specific). EDIT 2: seems groudon/kyogre need an additional variable: "setvar 0x4001 0x1" --> this re-enables the kyogre/groudon post-game "roaming caves", so it is needed in addition to the encounter flags to actually be able to re-battle them (unless you warp to them map, but the point is re-enabling the battles with a wondercard. I should see what the game uses to see if elite 4 have been beaten and add it to the script, I don't want to enable kyogre/groudon before post-game (or maybe the game already handles it by itself...), in any case seems there's already a flag for that used in secret bases so... EDIT 3: the savestates need this emulator (re-recording, which also supports lua scripts). I'm linking the one I used, but I'm not sure if it's the latest one (works for our purposes though): http://adelikat.tasvideos.org/emulatordownloads/vba-rerecording/vba-rerecording-svn480-win32.7z

  13. I’m not sure if anyone tried to rng 10anniv pokemon, but I realize something important. Pokemon seed is generated by games save so if you use same save, you always get same pokemon (IVs, nature) and it doesn’t matter which pokemon you send. Maybe 10anniv pokemon is generated like WISHMKR jirachi or similar way. Discovering how PID generated offers us perfect IV and Nature. I'm not expert but someone can find a way.

  14. This attached zip contains 100% legitimate pk3s from all the 5 languages of the European 10th Anniversary carts and Aura Mew carts. No, I can't reveal how I got them. The English 10ANNIVs and Italian 10ANNIs in the zip are the same ones I uploaded previously, so they're nothing new. I just wanted a compilation zip. Note that the Aura Mews don't have unique OTs, just the origin language data differentiates them.
