Roland Posted April 22, 2009 Share Posted April 22, 2009 I guess I should pop in here and say you can use the Wild Pokemon Editor DS to edit the encounters since people are talking about editing the entire ROM and that would be a nightmare... EDIT: Feebas is a fishable pokemon, although I do not know where I put it in my hack, I went into the old rod and just clicked on a random pokemon and kept pressing "F" until I found it...
