Can PKHeX auto-load a list of Pokemon in order and leave blank space for missing ones?

Example: I have a bunch of Pokemon captured in-game on real hardware. I would like to easily put them all in Dex order, so I dump the boxes I want dumped into a folder on my Desktop. I then Load boxes so that the Pokemon load in Dex order (great) but if I am missing a Pokemon, I'd like that slot to be skipped and blank while importing.

 

Would help a lot on just filling out whatever is needed that's left for living Dex completion.

Unless someone made some plugin that can reorder boxes at your liking, then no. It's not a feature of PKHeX.

the sorting plugin inside can sort based on the kind of Dex order you want. Now all we need is for @foohyfooh (if they want to) to leave at least one blank when doesn’t exist

The best I can do is tell you right now use the sorting plugin and then use the feature it adds in the context menu to push down all the Pokemon from a specific slot. So that all you have to do fix up the boxes once and then insert them properly when you catch them.

 

I might look into the feature but I can't give any guarantees.

Would absolutely love if you could add that feature to simply skip a slot if it isn't registered or whatever. Even willing to throw a couple dollars

Any idea if this is difficult to do or simple as a line of code or something to be like, "hey, if dex number isn't here, skip it"? Or are their plugin coding tutorials so I don't have to wait?
