Not sure what is causing the issue, may give it a look later. In the mean time do not unnecessarily ping mods.

You can use PikaEdit, until they fix the bug in PKHeX, just follow the Tutorial.

by the way did you saw already my private message and lastly thanks also you need pikaedit for this skin since there is flag checkpoint to be active not in PKHeX
