How to import old wild area news events in SwSh if what's on the downloads page are just .pk files?

So for this event, for example: https://projectpokemon.org/home/files/file/3991-max-raid-event-magikarp-2020/ I cannot just import the event using the raid import function since it's not a folder like the later wild area news files uploaded on this site. I'm reading that I'm supposed to use the block importer, but when I go to SAV --> Block Data --> Block Key and Import Current Block, it returns an error. How do I import the wild area news events for these kinds of formats?

You are looking at the individual PKM file of that raid. What you want is this. A tutorial about how to use it and more information are linked on that page.
