Error to use the PKhex

I have problems to import a PKhex edited file. 

 

I can export my game in PKhex and edited but when I restore the main it doesn't works. Also Is important to say that the game doesn't open in RCM mode 'cuz it not detect that the game is in the SD (I bought the game in the virtual store)

You're probably confusing SysNand and EmuNand.

Assuming that with "RCM Mode" you mean CFW, how are you restoring your save file if the console does not detect your game?

I don't know, not even restore really, it just fills up the loading bar when I hit restore, but after that I can't even open the game.
