Recurring Issue with Gen 4/5 Save Files

I've been doing some light editing (literally just friendship stats) to my boxes in both gens 4/5 and seem to be running into an issue where after I do so, when I reopen pkhex it displays an error message stating the file is corrupted/invalid. The files are playable but I cannot go back to revise my boxes, and attempting to open the save in another software corrupted the file. I reverted to a backup and that didn't even work. I attached the last edit I did in pkhex. I really am not sure if I did something wrong as I have never had this issue prior to a few days ago (although I'm fairly new to pkhex), around the timing of the most recent update.  Help would be greatly appreciated.. Thank you!

Your file is empty.

Do you still have the file you edited before?

There has been an issue with .dsv file that got recently fixed in with an hot fix. But that issue didn't clear the file like that, it just doubled the save.

That's odd. The new hotfix seems to have fixed my issue though. I think that save I posted may have been the one I opened in another software which may have caused it to wipe.
