Z1Gamer
First post so I hope I'm posting in the right area. So I'm trying to edit my save file on pkhex and of my renegade plantinum, but after finding my .dsv save and learning how to edit the stats and then I went to save it said my file is in an read-only file if someone could help me out in navigating this I would appreciate the help. Kaphotics
Copy it somewhere else and then open it from there. If you're trying to overwrite a read only file, then save it somewhere else and manually move it to the right spot once the destination is no longer locked.
Z1Gamer
So I figured out that the files was still needing to be extracted, but now the issue is it's too big apparently. How can I fix that?

If it’s throwing that message, I assume you’re not saving in-game, and using the emus’ state save option. use the proper in-game menu and save the game twice. Then close the emulator. Then try again. Life got busy and forgot to respond, but I always double save. I save in game and in a save slot. So I don't think that's the problem.
