Help with making Shiny Cresselia not come up with "encounter type PID mismatch"

Hey, I've tried all the different key combinations that I can think of to make the Cresselia work in Pkhex but it just comes up with PID mismatch, the other legendary Pokémon seem fine but this one is just being annoying thank you

There isn’t. You gotta manually edit Cresselia to match legal PIDIV correlation.

 

what you can do, is load a Cresselia from the encounter database (PKHeX will give you a basic legal one), then use that as a base and edit it.

make sure you don’t edit PID, IVs, IVs, Ability, Height, Weight to keep it legal.
