神のユージン Posted November 8, 2021 Share Posted November 8, 2021 Hello, can someone give me a detailed tutorial how to add new Pokemon to the overworld? I know that there is a really old thread about the same topic but I'm new to Rom additing and have problems with it. So for example, if I wanna add Rayquaza to the BW2 overworld just like in Blaze Black 2, what do i have to do? I already watched the 'Adding NPCs to the overworld' by Kaphotics, but he mentioned that it doesn't work for Pokemons and overall I'm really confused. 0x3DD3CE Posted November 9, 2021 Share Posted November 9, 2021 (edited) it's actually quite simple, for the sprite I think you write A2 11 (0x11A2). Pokemon sprites start from 01 10 (0x1001), which is Bulbasaur. With a bit of trial and error you can basically add any Pokemon in the overworld. edit: if you have any other issues, pm me.
