pkhex binary is not compatible with save file

Pls help, i want to add legendaries  that are not available in pokemon ruby when i open my save file it says

i am trying with other save files it is saying the same.

I opened your save in a hex editor, and it shows that you likely only saved once. You haven't even received your starter.

I don’t think PKHeX is compatible with that file. Are you able to dump a battery save from your emulator?

Save files do not have this. Export the save file not as an sps, but as a sav.

Oof. Are you able to save in-game. You know the menu that lets you see your Pokémon or Pokedex or Bag. Go to the option Save instead.

dont know if u need something for this but i want to know how i can change like evolutions or shiny odds for my pokemon games / rom hacks i hear youtubers use that for nuzlockes and things but i dont know if there something u need for it to change that. bc i dont know how i come in that save file to change those things/settings
