Gigadweeb Posted March 4, 2021 Share Posted March 4, 2021 Hey, so I've had Pokérus that I forgot about and subsequently lost as a result (twice now, even!). So, I went to get it back via the power of save editing. I set it on my Larvitar to be strain 15 and have a day value of 4, because that's apparently the max time for Pokérus. Given that Pokérus editing is functioning on PKHeX (no reason why it wouldn't be), I imagine that either you didn't set the Pokémon into a slot (party or box), didn't export the edited save from PKHeX, or didn't restore the edited save into your game.
