Unable to modify Pokemon Bloody Platinum with PKHex

Hello, I wanted to load my Pokemon Bloody Platinum save file through PKHex, but whenever I attempt to open it, the following message is displayed:

Attempted to load an unsupported file type/size. This could be caused by loading a different generation Pokemon file on an unsupported generation or your file is corrupt.

Could somebody please help me pinpoint the issue, and possibly fix it?

PKHeX only supports official game save files, not Hack Rom saves.

Your method of playing the game is not saving the correct sized savefile for a NDS game.

Fix that, and everything should work; but again, PKHeX only supports official games.
