PKHex worked the 1st time I opened it now it doesnt work at all

How do I fix this error? Ive already deleted it and redownloaded it no longer opens?

Yes. Like I said it worked fine the 1st time I ran it. Hell i was able to view a few .sav files I had of Pokemon Ruby. Everything was working fine the 1st time I ran it. Literally the moment I closed out of it and tried to reopen it back up this shit stops working.
