So it actually uses the regular 0E 01 command.. 0E 01 - Beginning (PKMN ID) (LEVEL) (FORM) 00 00 00 00 01 00 D8 00 04 00 I'm quite sure this must be used in place of the normal 0E 01 command when you want to give a Pokémon..
