How do I find PID and IV's of Dreamworld pokemon?

Sorry if this is the wrong forum,

I am trying to create a pokemon with a dreamball but the error code i get is "invalid: unable to match an encounter from origin game". I am trying to put a dreamball on a shiny Mesprit with a timid nature, but no matter what PID i enter from RNG Reporter, this error always appears. Are shiny pokemon even possible or am i just using the reporter wrong?

Erm..

You can't have Dream Ball on Mesprit.

Dream Ball is only:
Black and White/Black 2 and White 2 (at Entree Forest or Dream Radar)
Sword and Shield.

Mesprite does not match does locations and/or games.
