Tp/morning g sun arcanine

So,normally, an arcanine with teleport and morning sun is legal since it can pass tm's in previous gens.

it accepts morning sun but says teleport isnt an expected relearnable move,and once I remove it from there it just isnt a legal move at all

 

Please help me out,I've been trying to solve this for close to 2 hours

Nvm,found out it's not possible to gen this mon if not in switch,which I havent hacked
