Pk3ds not working

I keep running into an error when I put the rom into pk3ds--------------Edit: Whenever I put continue nothing on pk3ds appears and it says "data found! loading persistent"

are you using the latest verson of pk3DS? if not, then download the latest version. if that doesn´t work, let me know.
