Pk3ds questions

Hello I have a couple of questions:

-Previous to editing the ROM with Pk3ds, I edited my game with pkhax (hacking some mons abilities and Eva anda ivs- but only for offline for fun). Now I edited the rom with Pk3ds in order to modifiy some base stats and some typings. When I load the edited ROM, will the savegame edited with Pkhax maintain all the edits I made (f.e. the ability hack)?

-Once I edit the rom with pk3ds, will be able in the future to use pkhax to edit some things I may forget and load the save as usual with checkpoint?

-I'm currently editing trainers' teams. What is the checkbox "flag"? Is this for a rematch? Can I enable rematches for f.e., Hala, which only battles you once after the elite 4 or dexio, nanu or mina?

-Can I modify the trainers in battle tree so they can have 6 pokemon and gain exp points from them?
