Pokesav doesn't recognize save..

I exported the save from my Acekard2i, and it is a 512kb .sav file. From what i read, this should work perfectly, but it doesnt. When i open it up, nothing changed. Everything in the editor is at the default value, and it is like i didn't import a save at all. What am i doing wrong?

After trying some other programs, it seems none will recognize my save. Like i said, it is straight off of the flashcard.

On another note, i am positive other sav games save right, as i can edit my animal crossing save fine.
