It says it gets stronger as PP decreases. It only has 5 PP to begin with, so would u have to use it 4 times for it to do a decent amount of damage? PP Base Power 5+ --> 40 4 --> 50 3 --> 60 2 --> 80 1 --> 200 That is from Bulbapedia... and frankly, I cannot believe I am saying this, but Smogon seems more credible than Marriland in regards to this. Hmmm, maybe you can tell Marriland to fix that? Because I cannot register in their forums and whatnot. I believe Trump Card runs off a Pokemon's Special Attack.
