Using PKHeX, dump all the Pokemon in your Gen 3 game into a folder, then import them all into your Gen 7 save, using PKHeX. PKHeX shifts them up accordingly. I'll try transfering a clone with pokehex and the other between retail games then i'll compare the two, just to see if there is any difference in the trash bytes.
