theSLAYER Posted June 10, 2018 Share Posted June 10, 2018 Groudon and Kyogre cannot be met at level 10 nor Spear Pillar. Kyogre cannot have Drought as its ability. Evs techncally cannot be maxed in all. With these specifications, they're so illegal they'll probably be blocked from trading. No one should risk their gamesaves getting banned by trading these horrible specifications. CFW/homebrew basically indirectly required for the exporting and importing of saves. So the creation of the Pokemon files itself don't require CFW. In any case, it is a lot easier for others to help you, even if it's by trade, when the Pokemon you want is already created. This way, they don't even need to spend time creating it.
