While dates and details for the distribution are unknown, it is likely similar to last year's Charity Pikachu:
Donate money (through simply donating or buying related merchandise) and you'll be given a serial code that is region locked to JP 3DS.

My policy is to upload the Serial code cards when they're released, because as "complete" as the card may look,
there could still be changes before it's obtainable publicly.
(there are times common codes could be guessed, so once it's obtainable by users without hacking, I'll upload them)

Since this is a serial code card, and it isn't released yet, I won't be uploading it just yet.

Code distribution runs from 5th March to 3rd April, 2018.

They really should have allowed this, because it would benefit the charity.
People would donate more and more over time, even if it was just for trading.
But they're being stupid.
