JumpKain Posted November 22, 2017 Share Posted November 22, 2017 I've been looking at some of the legendaries available from the Ultra Space Wilds and Raikou seems to stick out as not having any relearn moves in PKHeX (and adding them manually labels it as illegal). All of the other gen 1-2 legendaries have their original encounter moves as their relearn moves. This is consistent with the file provided in the event section, but I wanted to bring it to light regardless to make sure it gets a second look, since I can't seem to find any mention of it (at least at a glance). It might be an error in the game rather than PKHex/Project Pokemon - I haven't personally obtained a Raikou so I can't confirm either way. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Kaphotics Posted November 22, 2017 Share Posted November 22, 2017 Working as intended; if the game code did not specify a special movepool, the current moves get set with the current levelup moves and the relearn moves are left empty. If there is a special movepool, the movepool is copied to the moves and relearn moves. In Raikou's case, there is no special movepool. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
