PKHeX Bug with version 20171017

I have tried to open PKHeX 20171017 and I was met with a dialogue box and a file to report to the author and stuff, the file is below if you need it "author".

You need to extract the dll and exe files, you can't mix and match with old versions.

I literally cannot download the newest update because the AntiVirus software says its a virus. Can you just give me the dll and exe file by itself and not in the official downloads because it still blocks the whole thing

False positive from the antivirus; there's only 2 files in the zip and I'm the one who uploads the official files (hence you'd be getting the same).

You can try compiling the program yourself, configuring your antivirus software to ignore the file, or wait until the program is not flagged by your antivirus.

I have already tried the disabling the AntiVirus, I dont have the patience to wait for the thing to make it safe, the only thing i would want to do is compile the program myself, can you help me to do that... or what? What im basically saying is im interested in compiling it myself
